三義西湖渡假村的交通

初學者! 想請問各位大大我8月份要到西湖渡假村上課由於下課時間是晚上8:00~8:30 然後要趕回台南請問可以怎樣做車呢? 到台中火車站搭車?還是到苗栗火車站搭車呢? 因為如果從三義搭火車需要到台中再轉車回台南如果從台中或苗栗直接搭乘自強或莒光能嗎?那請問從西湖渡假村坐車到台中.苗栗火車站需要多少時間呢? 因為要算火車的時間...還是各位大大有什麼方法可以幫助小弟的麻煩一下個位大大了謝謝!
