版上各位大大好小弟畢業於桃園某私立碩畢小弟兩天前剛退伍、對於職場不了解想請問版上的高手們的意見昨天有到南亞科技面試產品工程師開給我43K 約保障15 12+年終(2)+三節禮金(1) 公司如果有盈餘會有額外獎金????(DRAM好像很難有...) 工作時間大概0830-1830，無常態加班工作性質: 晶片驗證、提升良率不用進入產線，都在實驗室裡面做量測重點不是這個! 重點是...產品工程師有無發展性? 如果未來想換公司工作好找嗎? 薪水有爆發性嗎? 因為後面還有幾家公司的面試機會想要多了解這個職缺的未來發展性有請版上的大大們幫忙解答小弟在此感激不盡!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.144.13
