茶葉禮盒藏金20萬　業者行賄不成被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】高雄市盛邦公司標得台電台中發電廠的升降胴體組換裝工程標案，為使作業迅速順利完成，今年4月9 日，盛邦公司王姓負責人(62歲)到台中發電廠楊姓副廠長住處1樓大廳拜訪楊，將1盒茶葉禮盒交給楊，委請楊多多關照。
 
楊返家發現禮盒裡竟有20萬元現金，隔日隨即透過台電人員轉告王，請王拿回禮盒，並主動向政風室報告。經移送廉政署台中辦公室偵辦，王到案坦承不諱，台中地檢署依貪污罪將王提起公訴。
