小妹7/1剛進新公司新公司與前東家是完全不同的產業所以雖然有工作經驗也算是個超級新人在主管的安排下一進公司和同事A一起負責甲組 (同事A負責甲、乙組各一半) 結果在做了三個禮拜以後同事A突然"當天離職" 於是上面又要我把同事A的乙組承接下來把我原本的甲組直接轉給另一個同事調整以後乙組有我和一個前輩就在前輩的輔導之下承接乙組一個禮拜以後昨天前輩和老闆不合 (大概也是忍了很久) 今天提離職!!!! 老闆又找另一個"新人"與前輩交接... 說以後就我和那位新人一起負責乙組工作... 我也才來這個辦公室一個月... 這個變化與流動會不會太大乙組現在沒前輩又是兩個新人工作內容需要大量的分析與對機器設備的了解... 我該怎麼辦...該走了嗎??? 好可怕呀~~~~~~>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 112.104.38.221 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1407255727.A.628.html
