蒟蒻麵 鹼水

最近買了蒟蒻麵阿~ 但是他上面說吃之前要先用熱水濾過把鹼水洗掉
由於我是要帶去學校吃的 沒有辦法用熱水濾
我想請問是不是可以在家先濾好 然後再用夾鏈袋裝水帶過去?
這樣子可以保存幾天呢? 謝謝喔
