是否能對他提出詐欺背信罪??

我先前在巴哈姆特的某個討論區跟一些人發生糾紛,於是對其中幾個人備案了妨害名

譽,其中又跟另外一個人吵架,後來她對我備案妨害名譽罪,後來我有跟那個備案的人道

歉,並希望他能撤銷備案,他提出了只要我把之前備案的人全部都撤銷案子,他就會撤銷

案子,當我把案子都撤銷之後,他說警察說現在不能撤銷,要等檢察官那邊才能撤銷,

過了2個月後我收到了筆錄通知單,於是我請他去撤銷案子,她一開始答應,但當她知道

要跑去警察局撤銷案子後就開始反悔,並說不願意撤銷案子了,那我都已經撤銷案子了

他卻不願意撤銷,他答應的證據我都留著,我是否能對他提出背信罪的告訴??
