蘇力襲陸 已疏散50多萬人

颱風蘇力在掃過台灣之後，造成2人死亡、1人失蹤，100多受傷，以及嚴重農損災情之後，繼續侵襲大陸，在華東地區降下暴雨，並且迫使福建疏散50多萬人，浙江則有40多萬人受災。

大陸氣象局指出，蘇力13日下午在福建登陸，帶來時速118公里的強風，進一步向內陸進逼，所幸目前已經減弱為熱帶性低氣壓。

福建已經疏散了50多萬人，相鄰的浙江省則進駐5,500名士兵，準備在必要時展開救援工作。根據浙江省溫州市抗汛防旱指揮部統計，浙江已經有5個縣市區、53個鄉鎮街道，共41萬人受災。

大陸官方新華社指出，當局已經召回將近3萬1千艘船隻返港避風，同時也取消了20多個航班。

蘇力來襲，從13到14日，廈門已經降下240毫米的雨量。

若干地區的河水水位已經警戒線，福建東部的寧德市則出現10公尺高的巨浪。
