補充兵資格

我們家有我(21歲)和我老婆(18)和小孩(1歲)

還有一位患有重度精神的爸爸但是他住在機構
媽媽已經改嫁離婚的時候監護權是爸爸
但是爸爸發生事情之後(13 14歲的時候)監護權法院判給媽媽
但是媽媽沒照顧過我我都在其他親人家輪流住
直到現在結婚也是住在我老婆家 !
現在收到兵單但家中主要經濟是我
我老婆也沒辦法出去工作年紀也輕不會有人要用小孩沒人顧

這樣可不可以申請補充兵
