隨機逼車搶劫　鐮刀惡煞西濱砍人

當街攔車砍人，就發生在這短短的5分鐘內，嫌犯手持30公分長的鐮刀，不斷朝著被害人和朋友身上砍，力道之大，全身不停抖動，似乎就是要對方死，原來他大喊搶錢，卻嫌駕駛掏錢包動作太慢，發怒抓狂。

雙方僵持5分鐘，對被害人來說，真的是一場惡夢，而隨機砍人搶劫，就發生在東北角，上個月28日，李姓車主和朋友相約在鼻頭漁港潛水，這裡除了是當地著名風景區，也是遊客從台北到宜蘭會行經的路線，被害人潛水後，準備回家，開車不到10分鐘，就在濱海公路75.9K，被嫌犯騎車擋住去路，持刀搶劫，當時被害人邊用手阻擋，趁隙打檔衝撞嫌犯，嫌犯看狀況不妙，趕緊騎車逃逸，後方駕駛目睹這一切，開車追人，還是追丟。

警方事後根據民眾提供的車號，在嫌犯住處埋伏，但他人卻酒駕在基隆和平島落網，26歲的林姓嫌犯，供稱因為缺錢，隨機攔車行搶，雖然警方查出，嫌犯目前只犯下一起搶案，但東北角沿路一帶，有許多風景地點，不少遊客來這觀光玩耍，隨機砍人事件，隨著嫌犯的落網，遊客終於能鬆一口氣。
