有關租屋及改裝衛浴問題

我想請問~
我現在租的是雅房.我在半年前就表明要續租~
可是在最近6月時房東跟我說他要裝潢要改裝成套房.
說要7.8月改裝~
可是我7.8月不在這邊說會開我的房門要裝潢~
要請人來憑估~但是有可能會也有可能不會~
但是不管會不會他都說要我先把東西收好~
可是我就是不想要一直移位我才要續租~
而且中間我沒有辦法看到和監工
對方表明的意思是說如果沒改裝就算如果有就是接著一年還是算原價算我賺到的感覺
可是我一開始會選就是因為我喜歡寬大的格局我才租的~
加裝後也不知道會改成什麼樣子
房東是個非常灘小便宜的人
房子加建也只是用塑膠的地板型貼的那種~~
或許是在頂樓~整個地是很不平的~
我想請問~

如果房東要加裝一個衛浴最簡單的最便移的會是多少錢呢~
如果他最後改裝我不喜歡我退我可以求償嗎~?
