創意日前於法說會上表示最壞的狀況已經過去，在消費性電子大單的挹注下，創意第3季營收將有顯著的季成長幅度；法人預估Xbox One將貢獻創意下半年營收達16.5億元，占全年比重25%，第3季每股純益將大增。另外，創意也取得美光旗下Aptina影像感測器的委託設計（NRE）及特殊應用IC大單，預計第4季開始貢獻營收。

而日月光除有Xbox One的訂單支撐外，市場也盛傳台積電將是iPhone下世代A8處理器的主要代工廠，封測大廠日月光接獲蘋果相關晶片封測訂單可望大增。日月光日前發行4億美元的海外可轉換公司債，近期也辦理現增1.3億股，總計可望取得超過150億元資金擴產。

日月光股價自8月底至今漲幅約14%，外資買盤逾2萬張，昨（1）日股價觸及28.8元創下波段新高。

【大紀元2013年10月02日訊】（大紀元記者萬平綜合報導）孟加拉的1號「國際戰爭罪法庭」星期二（1日）在首都達卡（Dhaka）判處最大反對黨孟加拉民族主義黨（BNP，民族黨）領導人喬杜里（Salauddin Quader Chowdhury）死刑，罪名是在1971年的國家獨立戰爭中犯下多項「反人類罪」。

這是「國際戰爭罪法庭」首次判處民族黨領導人、同時也是議會成員死刑。喬杜里目前仍在監獄中。當天宣判後，喬杜里的律師稱這一判決受政府操控，並表示將會上訴。

64歲的喬杜里被指控涉及約200名平民死亡，並與巴基斯坦軍隊殺害和折磨手無寸鐵的人，犯有酷刑、強姦罪和種族滅絕罪。

民族黨和伊斯蘭大會黨（Jamaat-e-Islami，伊大黨）被控在1971年孟加拉獨立戰爭中，協助前任政府（巴基斯坦）透過他們組成的多個團體協助巴基斯坦軍隊，對孟加拉平民展開屠殺、強暴以及縱火等罪行。

反對黨宣稱，執政黨戰爭罪刑審叛是出於政治動機。自今年一月起，孟加拉人民與伊斯蘭極端主義份子的對抗，已有100多人被殺害。

官方在宣判前，在達卡和喬杜里家鄉部署安全部隊，以防暴動。喬杜里是今年1月以來，孟加拉法庭以反人類罪判刑的第7名伊斯蘭分子；也是第一個被定罪的國會議員。喬杜里已6度當選國會議員。

今年2月28日，孟加拉國1號「國際戰爭罪法庭」宣布判處伊斯蘭大會黨（Jamaat-e-Islami，伊大黨）副主席薩伊迪（Delwar Hossain Sayedee）死刑，該判決在孟加拉引發伊斯蘭激進份子暴亂，導致至少71人死亡。9月17日，伊大黨助理總書記莫拉（Abdul Quader Mollah）被終審判處死刑。

孟加拉政府2010年3月成立了兩個「國際戰爭罪法庭」，審理那些被控與巴基斯坦軍隊合作，試圖阻止孟加拉成為獨立國家施暴的人。伊大黨的高層領導人和民族黨的一些領導人多人受到指控。

孟加拉「國際戰爭罪法庭」今年2月5日宣判伊大黨助理總書記莫拉（Abdul Quader Mollah）終身監禁，他被控在1971年獨立戰爭期間，犯下種族滅絕罪、酷刑和強姦罪。由於此前戰爭罪除非被告宣判無罪下，檢查官才可以要求重審，引發數以萬計民眾群集達卡市中心的夏百格廣場（Shahbag Square）抗議，要求修戰爭法。在民意要求下，法院允許民眾對任何戰爭罪行的審判不滿都可以上訴。

苗栗大埔「張藥房」老闆張森文9月18日落水身亡，苗栗縣長劉政鴻當晚到喪家準備致祭，不料在門口遭清華大學學生陳為廷丟鞋抗議，苗栗警方針對此事涉及妨害公務、公然侮辱罪嫌部分報請檢方指揮，主動展開偵辦，今天並對陳為廷發出刑事案件通知書，請他10月6日到案說明。

竹南警分局偵查隊表示，本案是警方針對當晚現場狀況主動進行調查，也已報請檢方指揮，其中妨害公務屬公訴罪，公然侮辱是告訴乃論，至於當事人劉縣長未來是否要提告，警方並不了解。

陳為廷傍晚在臉書po出此訊息，但他仍表明「不會到案」，將等苗栗地檢署的傳票通知，向檢察官說明。

會中有記者提問立司委會決議要特偵組停辦案件，對此法務部政務次長陳明堂表示：「如果這個決議是合法有效的話，法務部會予以尊重。」

但基層檢察官有不同看法，北部一名基層檢察官表示，特偵組將案件交回地檢署偵辦，實務上並不困難，但這麼做，豈不是讓特偵組所有檢察官每個月拿高薪，卻什麼事也不必做，該名檢察官還打趣的說：「如果有這麼好康的地方，那我也想要去」。

另外一名中部基層檢察官則認為，特偵組的設置是依《法院組織法》，偵辦案件也是特偵組的職掌，立法院以表決方式片面停止特偵組的法定職掌，這有立法侵犯司法權利之嫌，違反權力分立原則，若立法院認為特偵組不該再辦案，就應該透過正當法律程序，修法廢除。
