跆拳道今天進行最後一天賽事，中華隊靠莊佳佳全力奪金。

她在女子46公斤級出賽，首戰以6：3踢下澳門對手，是跆拳道第二天賽程唯一闖進金牌戰的中華隊選手；但挑戰南韓經驗老到的李瑞姬失利，2：4屈居銀牌。

「經驗還是有差，雖然知道對手會踢什麼，還是無法反應。」林琬婷和李瑞姬相差7歲，經驗值有一定落差。

林琬婷補充，她在跳動時都會被李瑞姬牽制，「成人的移動步法比較好，我還要再努力、再進步。」

林琬婷是教練團眼中的「秘密武器」，雖和去年世青賽、今年亞青賽一樣，都和金牌擦肩而過，她覺得這塊銀牌意義還是很不同，「畢竟這是第一次的成人國際賽！」

她是跆拳道隊最年輕的選手，今年才升上台中大里高中三年級；有了第一次成人大賽經驗，穿著嵌有派大星、大眼蛙便鞋的小女孩長大不少，下個目標放在明年仁川亞運，她說：「如果可以，當然希望亞運就能帶金牌回來！」

跆拳道首日由魏辰洋領軍收下1金3銅，昨天除林琬婷踢銀，黃丞靖、簡億鑫分別在男子58公斤級和男子87公斤級奪銅，加上官怡妏帶回女子57公斤級銅牌，累計獎牌數來到1金1銀6銅。

今天由世錦賽銀牌女將的莊佳佳領銜出賽，有望達成出發前訂下的「男、女隊各一金起跳」目標。

中研院法律研究所研究員劉孔中今日下午出席國民黨舉辦「如何提升立法院議事效率」公聽會時指出，立法院有相關法律規範，不用再立新法或改制度，「只要大家來守法就好」，而非像現在過度遷就小黨，只是在和稀泥。

劉孔中建議，國會可以建立自己的警察權，也可以反監聽，徹底不被行政權干擾。劉也建議「流動式主席台」，議長在哪就是主席台，講的話就是麥克風，不要每次都上演一樣的戲，立委彼此打得鼻青臉腫。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名邱姓通緝犯(男，26歲)藏身神壇「開封府」，供奉閻羅王，從事爆竹販賣、吸收小弟，最後仍逃不過警方「如來神掌」，昨天還身穿印有「開封府」字樣的T恤落網。

《自由時報》報導，邱男2009年底因持有改造槍枝，被判3年10月徒刑，今年1月又因殺人未遂被查緝。警方表示，邱嫌在逃亡期間發現楠梓路橋兩側低窪住宅十分隱密，3年前在該處設了「開封府」自任住持，在當地也小有名氣，平日有青少年聚集，成群結黨，頗具勢力；昨天10多名員警埋伏，伺機壓制逮捕。
