中國大陸浙江省溫州官員於其一在「雙規」期間猝死案，中共地方紀委等6名被告今天將在浙江衢州市中級人民法院出庭受審。

英國廣播公司（BBC）今天報導，於其一今年4月8日晚被送進醫院搶救後不治，年僅42歲。

報導說，檢方起訴書稱，中共溫州市紀律檢查委員幹部程文杰等6名被告在3月5日對於其一採取「雙規」（在規定時間和地點交代問題）措施，進行調查。

起訴書指出，4月8日晚，程文杰等人與於其一談話期間，因於其一不肯交代問題，將他脫光衣服帶到談話室內洗手間，利用預先準備的冰水浴桶對於其一反覆悶水。

之後，被告發現於其一停止掙扎，至深夜前把他送到溫州市中西結合醫院。醫生9日凌晨3時宣布於其一搶救無效身亡。

浙江省警方司法鑑定中心驗屍鑑定，於其一是吸入液體致肺功能障礙死亡，是他人所為。

陸媒曾報導，於其一因牽涉一宗土地項目的審批而被「雙規」。
