工商時報　台北訊

由中華建築金石獎活動委員會所舉辦「2013海峽築夢—兩岸三地人居發展高峰論壇」，訂9月24日上午在台北寒舍艾美酒店三樓翡翠廳舉行。

「兩岸三地人居發展高峰論壇」將於9月24日在台北寒舍艾美酒店三樓翡翠廳舉辦。（擷取閱讀台北）

今年由全聯房地產商會名譽會長聶梅生女士領軍，率領大陸房地產相關企業近40人抵台共襄盛舉，香港分會主席高廣垣也代表香港方蒞臨參與。

會中將由房地產景氣循環經驗，看台灣、大陸、香港房地產未來展望，邀請淡江大學產經系副教授莊孟翰、大陸全聯房地產商會名譽會長聶梅生以及香港分會主席高廣垣，精闢剖析兩岸三地房地產未來機會與挑戰，提供給業內及關心房地產的民眾不同的思考觀點。

同時配合政府持續關注房地產市場發展，對建築營造產業而言，如何走向全球化將是下一階段思考的課題；在本次論壇當中，以「建築營造產業如何走向全球化」之題，邀請到中華民國工程技術顧問商業同業公會理事長李建中以及理事杜俊，從實務交流面向分享經驗；另外也特別邀請知名財經專家阮慕驊就宏觀面看全球房產進行精闢分析。本次論壇以兩岸三地偕同全球化之全面性觀點交流，論壇內容精彩可期，採預約報名制。

標題[心得] 接睫毛 一次就上癮

看了版上眾多睫毛文 一直很心癢 終於跑去接囉 就來分享一下 圖文網誌版: http://beryl530.pixnet.net/blog/post/29126468 ------------- 純文字版 我一直有做身體的習慣　所以八月底搬來新家也在附近覓尋新的spa館 剛好九月初天天下大雨　放假沒事做　就去了附近的spa做臉做身體 無意間發現他們有在接睫毛 想接睫毛　也不是一天兩天的事情了　 考量到她們 做身體以及做臉的手法也很溫柔 接睫毛的價錢也便宜 接一次599　兩個禮拜內還可以回來補一次（免費） 就決定嘗試看看 我跟美睫師反應說我想要濃密一點的感覺　很濃像假睫毛這樣　可以免化眼線 但我一單一雙 所以單眼皮要做翹一點 最好可以稱起眼皮 然後款式想要眼尾加長 大概把想要的點講一講 就開始了 一開始接的時候　因為有點擔心 貼膠布固定下睫毛的時候是貼透明膠布　貼的很靠近眼頭　有點癢　不太舒服 跟美容師反應以後也有調整一下 感覺整個眼皮旁貼滿膠布　是還蠻奇怪的　會有感覺　但適應後就還好 下睫毛貼膠布是避免膠水沾粘到下睫毛 接的時候因為接比較多　膠水會薰眼睛　 接完後我點了平常慣用的藥水　就還OK 接了睫毛以後 其實跟戴假睫毛的效果很像 平常素顏也OK 明顯比較有神了 但因為我有三白眼　所以我有戴放大片的習慣　接的比較濃　 如果沒有戴放大片習慣　就不建議接這麼濃了 接完睫毛以後我還是正常洗臉　擦保養品　下手也沒有特別輕 不過我覺得應該是第一次的關係　有時候會覺得比較癢　其他就還好囉 不過接睫毛真的很方便　我想我是上癮了　如果都沒怎樣　打算一直接下去呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 121.254.85.219

【綜合報導】強颱萬宜昨晨從愛知縣登陸日本中部，挾強風豪雨沿著本州一路襲向東北，京都等關西地區下起數十年難得一見的豪雨，下令疏散近57萬人。京都知名賞楓景點嵐山渡月橋被暴漲河水淹得只剩橋面，旅館出動小船載房客逃難。颱風在日造成至少3死6失蹤129傷，打亂新幹線和國內線航空交通。

萬宜夾帶大量濕暖水氣直撲日本，日本氣象廳昨早針對京都、福井、滋賀等三地發布大雨特報。與美總統歐巴馬姓氏同音的福井縣小濱市（Obama）、京都市右京區等地，在短短48小時下了300毫米，超過9月平均雨量。貫穿京都的桂川河水一度淹過堤防，上游知名景點嵐山渡月橋和左岸的旅館和紀念品專賣店全都泡在水裡，水深及腰。

日本西部和中部逾300棟民宅淹水，8萬戶民宅停電，首相安倍晉三昨下令危機管理中心「全力拯救和援助受災戶，協助民眾避難」。日本氣象廳呼籲民眾今天仍應提防土石流、龍捲風和水患。
