研調：娛樂占了半數行動裝置螢幕的時間

國際研究暨顧問機構Gartner近期針對終端使用者的調查指出，消費者花費半數的裝置螢幕時間（device screen time）於娛樂，如玩遊戲、閱讀書籍、觀賞直播電視，或者收聽音樂/廣播。其餘的時間則用於通訊（26%，如收發電子郵件與瀏覽社群網站）、生產力活動（15%，如編輯影片或撰寫部落格），以及搜尋資訊 （9%，包含查詢新聞和氣象，以及研究產品與服務）。
Gartner首席分析師Meike Escherich表示，在各類活動中，人們花費最多時間的項目是娛樂，而且經常同時使用多重裝置。由此可見，手機用戶正邁向一個多工、多螢幕使用者的社會。舉例來說，平板使用者最常於晚上7點至10點間持續使用平板，這可能表示人們在觀賞電視節目和進行其他客廳活動同時使用平板。智慧型手機則多用於出門在外或使用其他螢幕時，臨時資料搜尋或快速瀏覽社群網站。
此項調查為2013年7月針對美國、英國及澳洲的726名平板使用者所做的研究。結果發現，受訪者平均每天花費4小時的個人時間在有螢幕的裝置前，包含平板、智慧型手機與PC，但不包括電視、遊戲機、電子書及MP3隨身聽。
此調查亦發現，蘋果（Apple Inc）與三星（Samsung）的平板使用者較其他品牌使用者花費更多時間於娛樂（每日大約多出30分鐘）。擁有蘋果iPad者使用平板的頻率最高，且8成以上皆為重度使用者（每天至少使用10次）。
Gartner指出，其他品牌平板廠商應探討為何其使用者花費於平板的時間少了很多。除非使用者養成固定使用平板的習慣，且發現平板在處理某些事務上的價值，否則消費者數年後不太可能還會購買相同的品牌，或者根本不會汰換新的平板。
Gartner建議，廠商應強調其平板對特定消費者使用情境的價值，例如將它宣傳為最棒的遊戲平板，或者螢幕最適合觀賞影片的平板，因為此類資訊會受到特定消費族群的高度青睞。

【綜合報導】聯合國公布敘利亞報告，證實有大規模化武攻擊，秘書長潘基文譴責表示「這是戰爭罪。」

調查小組針對2011年9月以來，14起疑似化武攻擊事件，進行調查，潘基文在記者會上表示「聯合國抽查當地民眾的血液，發現85%的血液樣本中，都測出含有沙林毒氣，在攻擊後生還的人，都出現缺氧、暈眩、視線模糊、嘔吐等症狀，最後甚至失去意識，這是繼1988年海珊在伊拉克哈拉布賈，對平民展開化武攻擊以來，最確實的化武攻擊事件。」

雖然聯合國調查小組，未針對是誰使用化武攻擊進行調查，但潘基文表示調查團認為，敘利亞政府和反抗軍都須為戰爭罪負責。

關於肇事責任 其實朋友都勸我說我一定敗訴 但因為我們都不懂法律想問問一些懂法律的人 1.地點是浮洲橋上機車道(寬度很窄約30公分上下) 2.傷者我 對方(稱A)機車車殼損壞(可騎)但人完全沒事 事發經過就是前方機車急煞(A) (說詞是因右方有人掉安全帽要撿(稱C)), 因為道路寬度只容得下兩台機車併行 所以前方那位+右方那位已經把整個道路塞滿 當時我的前方有一台機車(稱B) 他有閃開 在我前方的那位B 也有到醫院來看我, 也跟我說A當時急煞 他也差點閃不掉 真的很緊急 時間點是凌晨的時候 視線頗不佳.. 撞完後到醫院 警察來做筆錄(完全一副懶得鳥) 警察先對我做筆錄,看似不想插手,也無提供任何資訊管道 草草了事打發 之後對A做筆錄 講了很久. 我跟朋友就在一旁等待 (期間毫無任何慰問 加上 A跟C在我做筆錄的期間聊了很久 有說有笑) A直接過來就咬定我是後方追撞 說要求要我賠償機車錢 而我坐在輪椅上滿身傷他就站在我面前追加說: 你不接受的話要上法院也沒關係,你是後方追撞者等等講很多..(帶有威脅口氣) 1.今天被咬定因為後方機車追撞且無保持安全距離 所以肇事責任我比較大 2.我已經撞斷門牙+滿身傷 我沒跟她討醫藥費 當時提出打算各付各的和解 還被反咬一口 3.我朋友說警察似乎站在他那一方 還提供很多管道(找調解委員會說我一定敗訴之類的) 今天我想釐清的是 對方在一個很窄的路上急煞 外加B有跟我講當時真的很危險 他反應快先閃掉 而我因為視線不佳,當時只盯著B的車,B一閃掉的瞬間我就來不及閃,直接撞上A A的口供是說他當時是在看C(撿安全帽 怕撞到安全帽雷殘) 但我質疑他為什麼不停路旁,因為道路可容兩台機車併行 而他也完全不解釋,一直威脅攻擊我因為沒保持安全距離 + 後方追撞者,要告一定輸 但今天浮洲橋上機車道真的很窄 說保持安全距離的機車真的沒幾台 我今天很不爽的事是我已經撞斷門牙+滿身傷 A還要在我傷口上撒鹽巴,要我賠他錢,還歡迎法院見 (我已經沒跟他要任何東西了) 問題1.請問有勝訴的可能嗎(但他咬定後方追撞+無安全距離 警察也說無蓄意急煞) 問題2.因為今天遇到一個很G8的人,我朋友在我後面都狂搖頭,不賠他機車錢的可能性高嗎 文章可能有點複雜 如要問詳細點可以提問 其實我問很多人大概也都知道沒勝算 只想聽聽看大家的意見. 因為B跟我說 前方機車急煞一定他問題他自己也是受害者 但是照法律走我勝算根本不高 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.183.95 ※ 編輯: Popy 來自: 114.44.183.95 (09/17 19:09)

王菲13日在新疆烏魯木齊和李亞鵬簽字離婚，當晚回北京就吸引大批記者搶拍，媒體在高速公路上演瘋狂追車，兩度逼停她座車，心疼她的粉絲在網路上怒罵：「還記得當年的黛安娜王妃嗎？」黛妃1997年在巴黎車禍香消玉殞，當時有狗仔隊尾隨拍照。

「菲鵬」引爆媒體大戰，《騰訊娛樂》14日凌晨發布王菲返回北京在車內的「獨家照片」，稱當時她的座車「車速沒有太快」、記者拍到她清楚照片後，「主動讓路『讓王菲回家』。」

另一家媒體卻形容這是場「飆車大戰」，幾輛車平均時速達130公里，且當晚下雨道路溼滑，王菲座車兩度被騰訊的車逼停。《騰訊》事後在微博致歉，但網友仍怒罵「暴力採訪」的行為，提起黛妃事件猶在，「不過是為了拍１張臉，不要賠上１條命。」

返回北京的李亞鵬下巴爆瘡，木無表情。

【動新聞】剁十指棄屍　女屍身分疑外勞外配

【綜合報導】台南女子斷頭分屍案第五天，雖然陸續有民眾前來指認，但多數被排除，警方只知遇害女子年約25-45歲、長捲髮、門牙往內暴，但身分遲遲無法確認 ，案情陷入膠著。因此警方目前只能從支解手法和屍塊特徵找線索。

警方發現，目前已經尋獲的屍塊，兩根斷臂雙掌10根手指都被平整斬斷，頭顱被塑膠袋層層包裹，最外層是超商塑膠袋，裡面有兩層黑色塑膠袋，最內層則是用枕頭套包住。而屍塊會被發現，是有因名婦人在上周三出門遛狗，小狗叼回一根肉骨頭，一看居然是人的手臂，嚇得趕緊報警，警方出動找到另一隻手臂，後因無所獲，再度派出當初發現屍塊的靈犬胖胖，又找到頭顱。為了尋找更多跡證，警方甚至還抽掉在屍塊發現地附近魚塭的水，但仍無所獲。警方分析，兇嫌分屍又斬斷10根手指，意圖破壞警方比對指紋機會，但國內女性有機會做指紋建檔的，除了有前科的人，就是外籍配偶和陸配，或是外籍勞工，目前這也是警方的清查重點。

警方也懷疑，死者可能是分屍後被掩埋，在前一波大雨的沖刷下，裝著部分屍塊的麻布袋露出地表，再被狗叼出才曝光，因此在17號下午也動員上百警力，繼續地毯式搜索，但仍沒有找到任何可疑物體。
