（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北三日電）國防部心理衛生中心今天邀請知名作家吳若權及林萃芬至空軍司令部，與七百多位官士兵進行一場快樂的「幸福對談」，希望協助官兵同仁找尋內心的幸福力，追求生活「笑率」，提昇心理健康素質，並創造充滿愛與歡樂的優質環境。

　「從效率到笑率」幸福對談巡迴活動，吳若權先以幾個幽默的小笑話讓全場聽眾開懷大笑，並提醒官兵在人生中難免會遇到挫折，適時的利用笑話與幽默的轉念方式，可以讓心靈獲得療癒的能力與空間，使生活中充滿歡樂。

　吳若權提醒與會官兵，幽默與講笑話的能力是可以培養的，只要注意自己生活中的小細節，或聽見好笑的笑話時用筆記記下來，並利用適當時機與不同的親友分享，聽來的笑話就自然而然的成為自己周遭的故事，越說就會越順暢。

　林萃芬告訴官兵「快樂的頻率比強度重要」，所以可以尋找日常生活中的「小確幸」，可能是「一早起床感受到新的一天正要開始」或「喝了一杯好喝的咖啡」等，隨時找到「小而確實的幸福感」，讓自己不斷的感受到快樂，讓自己心情更快樂。

　對談中，兩位老師也引導官兵進行「呼吸運動」及「頭兒肩膀膝腳趾」互動，希望讓官兵在遊戲中抒發情緒，在工作時遇有負面情緒產生時，可以透過相同的方式讓自己的情緒獲得平靜，產生快樂及幸福的能量。

　第一場次的「從效率到笑率」幸福對談巡迴活動，今天在空軍司令部圓滿完成，國防部心理衛生中心後續將先後前往憲兵指揮部、海軍司令部、陸軍司令部及後備指揮部等營區與官兵展開對談，共同提昇官兵幸福力和競爭力，營造軍中包容關懷與正向思考的幸福氛圍。

圖文版：http://lovecc6.pixnet.net/blog/post/262219229 消費時間：2013/9 興東路上有間看起來裝潢不錯的日式餐廳， 是今年才開的，先前看網路上有人說送菜很慢， 我猜大概是剛開幕不久還沒上軌道， 決定過幾個月後再前往光顧，就這麼拖到現在。 走平價路線，可惜選擇並不算多樣， 本來有點照燒月見燒肉，結果服務人員說今天沒有， 我想點茶碗蒸，結果茶碗蒸也被劃掉， 所以實際上的菜色會比菜單上有的還少。 點完菜等了又等，大約過了25分鐘， 終於上了第一道菜，果然網友所言不假(上菜慢)， 只是這天餐廳的客人也不算多，怎麼回事？ 【玉子燒拼日式魚子】$120 冰過的玉子燒，走甜味路線， 感覺水摻得有點多，沒什麼蛋味。 日式魚子指的是黃金飛魚和魚卵結合的生魚片， 說真的那芥末味道也淡淡的， 不過這樣$120我覺得沒什麼好挑剔的。 【綜合生魚片握壽司】$180 這道菜上桌前，被服務人員送到隔壁桌， 隔壁桌說他們沒有點這道，服務人員堅持有， 最後只好把這道先擱在他們桌上， 幾分鐘後服務人員回來說送錯桌，原來是我們的。 因為一開始等20分鐘我已經結屎臉了， 所以送上桌後我也懶得爭辯什麼，就吃吧！ 平心而論，就是不多不少剛剛好是$180的品質， 八貫不同口味的握壽司，醋飯捏得還及格。 吃完以上兩道，又等了15分鐘...(此時我一整個不耐煩) 服務人員終於送上日式豬排丼，可是怎麼只有一碗， 我們明明點兩碗，我們要一人吃一碗才會飽阿！ 服務人員回答我：「因為我們是現做的所以一次只能做一碗，另一碗要等一下。」 老公看我餓到快生氣了只好先把第一碗讓給我吃， 猜猜第二碗豬排丼多久後才上？這次我沒有算時間， 我只知道，當我把一大碗豬排丼吃完後，老公那碗才上。 到底是廚房有多缺人手？炸豬排的油炸鍋有多小沒辦法一次炸兩塊？ 這些菜要我一個人來做，我半個小時就可以搞定了耶........... 【日式豬排丼】$120 抱怨了很多，但我們還是要繼續平心而論， 這份豬排丼真的是物超所值，因為豬排很大塊， 不只大塊到填滿整個碗公，還炸得不錯吃， 豬排也有先處理過，咬起來沒什麼筋。 此外，豬排的厚度也很有誠意，直接看圖就知道了！ 豬排掀開後，底下還有炒洋蔥絲和一顆生蛋黃‧ 洋蔥絲炒得很甜，可能味醂放太多，總之不是我愛的口味。 如果想單獨吃碗豬排丼我還蠻推薦的， 但是如果點很多菜，那我只能說... 要有心理準備要等很久~很久~很久~ 還可能菜會被上錯到別桌喔！ 地址：宜蘭縣羅東鎮興東路210號 電話：(03)957-5585 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.61.235.117 ※ 編輯: crystalwhite 來自: 61.61.235.117 (10/03 15:24)

最近跑幾個通訊行 跟進老闆或是店員聊聊幾支手機的銷售... 與上半年不同 當時S4死氣沉沉 現在Note3成了當紅炸子機 詢問度及銷量成為週大熱門 Z1及G2則普遍得到的消息是Z1因為照相功能廣告打很大 所以Z1小勝CP值最高的G2 但...兩支都不及Note3,有些差距 上半年機種迅速退燒(都有不同的問題) 目前去年的note2月銷賣得比所有上半年機種(New One XZ BFS S4 )還好 蝴蝶也依舊是大選項之一 值得一提的是,Iphone 5S也成為詢問度頗高的隱形選項 有不少人在考慮是否再等2個月 在台灣 三星這兩年的N系列真是比S系列熱門許多 今年更明顯... 畢竟去年S3剛開始賣了不少,今年S4是整個崩盤... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.84.153 ※ 編輯: bluestaral 來自: 218.164.84.153 (10/04 00:55)
