【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美國勞工部公布截至9月28日當周首次申請失業救濟金人數增加至30.8萬人，優於先前市場預估增加至31.5萬人，顯示美國資方在政府部份停擺之際仍維持員工人數。
 
勞工部同日公布截至9月21日當周連續申請失業救濟金人數攀升至292.5萬人，不如先前市場預估目標280.5萬人。

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市萬華戶政事務所表示，8月7日接獲一通民眾金先生打電話表示感謝，因萬華戶政事務所協助轉寄表哥夏先生尋找他的書信，讓他順利與表哥聯繫上，他們已經50多年沒有聯絡，沒想到在有生之年再相見。原來金先生與夏先生是表兄弟，倆人均出生於軍人世家，夏先生早年搬家去美國來不及通知金先生，交代鄰居代為轉告，金先生後來到夏先生家探訪均無人回應，詢問鄰居時，鄰居顧忌夏先生的軍人身分不願透露，金先生後來也搬家，倆人因此斷了聯絡。

戶所指出，6月來台灣觀光並順道探訪的夏先生，寫信希能尋找金先生的下落，以便再敘親情，並到萬華戶所透過協尋親友服務，戶所依據夏先生提供的線索，比對找到符合條件的金先生，將尋親的信件轉寄給當事人，請他自行考量是否與夏先生聯絡，金先生收到信件後欣喜萬分，立刻回電給夏先生，讓斷線的親情再次連結起來。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】伊斯蘭世界的「童婚」問題，一直受到國際社會關注。雖然伊朗新任總統魯哈尼(Hasan Rouhani)被外界視為開明派，但伊朗國會最近卻通過一條新法案，容許伊朗男子娶自己13歲以上的養女，等同變相為爭議的童婚亮起綠燈。

根據新法例，收養家庭的父親，只要等到養女長大到13歲以上，就可以娶她，即使不到13歲，仍可以先結婚，但必須獲得法庭批准；如果養母想要嫁給養子，則要等男方滿15歲或以上。

伊朗官員認為，相關法例的修正只是為了方便實際的日常生活，因為如果他們沒有結婚，養女見到養父時就必須要戴上頭巾，而養母見到養子時也一樣要戴。

人權律師批評，這條法例變相讓孌童合法化。目前這個法案只須伊朗的管理委員會作最後通過，就會正式生效。

（中央社記者李晉緯台北3日電）台灣高球名人賽今天點燃戰火，澳洲選手漢德打出69桿成績，在首輪賽事領先，台灣選手許孟男?蔣宸?及謝繼賢則排名並列第7。

總獎金60萬美元（約新台幣1800萬元）的「2013台灣名人賽暨第27屆三商盃高爾夫邀請賽」，今天在台灣高爾夫俱樂部（淡水球場）進行4輪共72洞的賽事。

今天淡水球場受小雨及風勢影響，稍稍影響選手揮桿，也使得眾家好手中，只有6人在今天的首輪賽事中，打出低於標準桿的成績。

來自澳洲的漢德（Scott Hend）今天抓下4隻小鳥，只吞下1個柏忌，打出低於標準桿3桿的69桿成績，在首輪結束後，獨居領先。

許孟男是台灣選手中，成績最好的3人之一，今天他抓下3隻小鳥、吞下3個柏忌，打出平標準桿的72桿成績。

許孟男說，今天上午風大，自己一下場的前兩洞就連吃兩個柏忌，幸好隨後在第6洞和第7洞抓下小鳥，才把成績稍微趕上。

許孟男也說，身為地主選手雖擁有抗風優勢，但是近年來球場四周新建大樓越來越多，讓球場內的風向益難捉摸，加上果嶺草紋與速度都難以判斷，在天候不佳的情況下要贏得這項比賽，只要是紅字應該就可以贏冠軍。1021003
