（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北三日電）針對某平面媒體報導「行政院昨天同意未來戰鬥部隊的志願役士兵每月加薪4千元」乙事，國防部今日澄清，行政院江院長昨日在相關會議中並未作此裁示，媒體報導內容與事實不符。

國防部指出，本部感謝行政院對國軍推動「募兵制」工作的指導，以及相關部會的協助；為強化人才招募與留營誘因，本部將配合政府財政，持續爭取「志願士兵起薪調整」、增設「戰鬥部隊加給」、「留營慰助金」及調增「地域加給」等規劃，吸引青年從軍與留營服役，以助益「募兵制」人力目標之達成。

【綜合報導】北韓每逢冬天都會限制外國遊客入境，但今年為了要「拚經濟」多賺點外匯，特別擴大了外國遊客到訪時間及地點範圍。

總部設在中國北京的大同旅行社推出「聖誕北韓遊」，遊客可在12月24日到28日遊覽平壤和開城，目前已經有15人報名。不過，北韓禁止民眾擁有宗教信仰，為了避免遊客向民眾宣傳「聖誕」觀念，特別明令禁止遊客向當地人提到「聖誕節」。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國田納西州26歲女子凱西(Casey)，2年前經歷了喪夫之痛，自己的一生最愛尚恩(Sean)因為一次嚴重的氣喘發作，不幸過世。

凱西形容自己的世界「在那時已經停止運轉」，她決定，無論如何都要和尚恩繼續在一起，在尚恩火化後，她要求將骨灰分為兩部分，較少的一分裝入要下葬的盒中，較大的一份則裝入一個隨身可以攜帶的甕裡。從那天開始，凱西不管走到哪裡，隨身都帶著這個甕，甚至晚上睡覺，都把甕放在枕邊。

有一次不小心，尚恩的一些骨灰從甕中沾到了凱西的手指，凱西覺得，「這是我的丈夫，我怎麼能把他拍掉呢」，她做了一個怪異的決定；把手指上的骨灰舔掉。就從那一霎那起，凱西愛上了舔食尚恩的骨灰，開車等紅綠燈時打開甕、沾一點來舔，看電視無聊時，沾一點來舔，「我停不下來，我在吃我的老公」。

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】新北市板橋區江翠國中進行的「游泳池共構停車場建案」，因需移樹，導致發生許多抗爭活動；今年5月工地遭縱火，加上日前工地內的怪手又遭縱火，一度讓警方懷疑縱火案跟護樹活動有關，但經新北市警方成立專案小組多日追查後，已經排除跟護樹活動相關。
 
警方表示，這2起縱火疑有高度的關連性，傾向建商私人糾紛縱火調查，目前已從監視器掌握縱火嫌犯的影像，並鎖定特定對象，只等待鑑識結果出爐後，將展開涉案相關人的約談，目前全案仍擴大偵辦中。
