【楊忠翰／台北報導】台北市1名47歲的陳姓男子上周日下午3時許，進入貴陽街2段的超商佯裝購物，並趁著櫃檯女店員未注意時，將蒜茸花生與立頓奶茶塞進安全帽內準備離開，未料偷竊過程被另1名林姓店員察覺，隨即追出店門外將陳男攔下，並通知警方將他帶回派出所偵訊。

警方調查，涉嫌偷竊的陳男為便當店員工，有竊盜及詐欺前科，已多次利用下班順路經過便利商店時，入內偷取零食飲料再返家「享受下午茶」，警方訊後將陳男依竊盜罪移送法辦。

【丁牧群／台北報導】男同志祈家威今年3月與邱姓男伴侶到台北市萬華戶政事務所登記結婚遭拒，理由是《民法》規定必須「1男1女」才能結婚。祈家威向內政部訴願遭駁後，提起行政訴訟，台北高等行政法院今下午首度開庭。

55歲的祈家威10多年前曾與男伴侶到台北地院公證結婚遭拒，他當時打行政訴訟、聲請釋憲均失敗，是台灣同志運動先鋒。今天他開庭前受訪說：「這次我找朋友『配合』登記結婚，打官司是希望爭取同志婚姻合法化。」

祈家威表示，去年有同志伴侶陳敬學與高治瑋打行政訴訟爭取婚姻權，但因外界壓力而撤告，他要接棒打行政訴訟，因為同志婚姻是「正常人做對的事」，政府沒理由不准。

針對先前推出的Action Cam，Sony宣布將推出更新版本，將整合Exmor R CMOS感光元件與超廣角SteadyShot防手震鏡頭，並且加入對應Wi-Fi及NFC功能，讓使用者能進一步配合智慧型手機進行拍攝。

Sony針對先前推出的Action Cam推出全新版本，主要加入對應Wi-Fi及NFC功能，讓使用者能進一步配合智慧型手機進行拍攝。其餘則同樣整合Exmor R CMOS感光元件與超廣角SteadyShot防手震鏡頭，外觀部分則並沒有明顯改變，同樣支援拍攝Full HD影像。

搭配智慧型手機以Wi-Fi Direct連接後，使用者可配合手機螢幕即時預覽，另外以腕錶式Live-View即時預覽遙控器連動，亦可「離機」操作攝錄功能，並且隨時檢視拍攝內容。而透過行動裝置擷取GPS座標位置，搭配PlayMemories Home應用程式亦可使用不同後至工作進行創作。

Sony預計將於10月17日正式在台推出新款Action Cam，同時也將陸續提供Action Cam 專用胸前安裝束帶、潛水專用防水外殼等新款配件。
