【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國參議院今日進行協商法案投票，結果為81票贊成，18票不贊成，讓該法案通過，為聯邦政府開門邁出解套的第一步。稍晚眾議院將接力舉行投票，預料通過的成分居高。

這次協商法案內容包括重啟政府機關，撥款讓聯邦政府可運作到明年1月15日，並將授權提高美國16.7兆美元舉債上限時間到明年2月7日，但兩黨將會在12月13日前完成如何降低赤字等預算協商。

個人說一下今天使用的優缺點

缺點
1.我是用I POD TOUCH 5 WIFI連線 連線時間在20秒內 如果WIFI點很多時 要等久一點

2.拉遠距離時 有時會對不到焦點 畫面會延遲

優點
1.物以稀為貴!! 目前非常吸睛 買了之後在賣場測試 就有2位妹來搭訕!!! 問一些QX10的實用性 XDD
