【大紀元2013年10月22日訊】（自由亞洲電台記者蕭融發自洛杉磯報導）來自世界各地近四千名法輪功學員和支持者，美西時間19日、20日兩天在洛杉磯長灘市集會。法輪功創始人李洪志在19日上午親臨現場為學員說法，基於安全考量，主辦方在李洪志露面事前並未發佈信息，事後也沒有對外公開照片。

中外法輪功學員一連兩天在洛杉磯長灘市（CityofLongBeach）集會，近四千人參與之規模屬美西首見。

學員吳英年表示：「中國的勞教所早期多用於迫害右派份子，過去十四年來被中共當局用來迫害法輪功學員，如今勞教所已面臨解體，解體原因並非中共變好了，而是各地法輪功學員持續反迫害，以及各界施以壓力所致。中國官方至今仍以非法判刑、把學員送進各地洗腦班等方式，繼續對學員進行野蠻手段的迫害。」

當地時間20日中午，數以千計中外法輪功學員在長灘遊艇碼頭邊的瑪麗亞.格林公園（MarinaGreenPark）集體煉功，交流彼此得法後的修煉心得。

三年前來到美國的學員張連英說：「為了煉功經歷過這麼多迫害，我們一家人終能活著離開中國來到海外，昨天在心得交流會上見到師父，當下我真的是熱淚盈眶。」

來自加拿大的學員荊天指出：「這次活動目的就是想讓全世界都知道這一場迫害，還有很多人不清楚法輪功在中國受到迫害，我們一家人冒著九死一生的危險走出來，終於來到自由世界，整個過程非常艱難，很少有學員能有這般機會，在中國還有更多法輪功學員被迫害，他們無法出來，有些人為了堅持修煉而失蹤，相關消息無法對外發佈。我和家人有這樣的機會來到自由世界，我們非常希望能夠引起世人關注法輪功在中國的處境，及早制止迫害。」

法輪功創始人李洪志19日親臨心得交流會現場對學員說法，主辦方在事前並未告知學員，事後也沒有對外發佈李洪志照片，是否出自活動主辦方刻意安排？學員之一葉科表示：「（李洪志到場）主要是面對法輪功學員內部活動，沒有特意為媒體預做安排。另外，就本地主辦方而言，也需要考慮安全問題。」

這場集會在中央台前橫幅上寫著「停止迫害，法辦元凶」八個大字，台下則有曾經被中國當局迫害的學員們聚集，講述在勞教所和監獄裡的親身經歷。

學員張連英表示：「在我的朋友之中，有人已被當局迫害致死，甚至有人在被抓捕第四天就被迫害致死，這個人的名字是孫繼宏，他原來是派出所所長，為了修煉法輪功被活活打死，死後臉上和腮下全都是被香煙燙傷的洞，滿臉被塗滿白粉，連他的家人都認不出他是誰，最後官方只給了兩萬元（人民幣）理賠。我所知道的朋友和學員當中就有二十多位被迫害致死，他們全都有名有姓，我們彼此早已認識，有些是鄰居。」

參與本次集會的中外人士同聲呼籲國際社會，繼續從人道關懷視角和超乎官方說法的高度，看清眼下中國境內還有廣大學員群體為堅持信仰而遭受迫害。

學員陳文說：「這活動對外發出重要信息，第一是今天有上百個曾經被迫害的學員站在一起，當台上主持人問他們有多少人在勞教所被強制抽血？我看到他們所有人都舉起了手，這讓我感到很震驚。我們一直對外講述學員被活摘器官的事，也有很多人問起這事情是真是假？當我知道有這麼多人曾經在勞教所被強迫抽血，所方卻不曾把驗血結果告知當事人，所方人員並不關心學員的健康，警察甚至還出手毆打他們，這已說明了問題確實存在。今天看到有這麼學員來到海外，我真的覺得很高興。」

統一發票路跑首度挺進台東　募集逾25萬張發票

結合國家稅務與全民健康的財政部102年統一發票盃路跑活動，

台東場由第一金(2892)結合財政部昨(20)日在台東森林公園熱鬧登場，

吸引3000多名民眾響應，成功募集到超過25萬張的發票。

此次活動所募集到的發票由財政部常務次長許虞哲

以及第一金董事長蔡慶年代表全數捐贈給「財團法人

一粒麥子社會福利慈善事業基金會附設私立哈拿希望之家」、

「社團法人台東縣自閉症協進會」、「社團法人台東縣失智者關懷協會」、

「財團法人台東縣私立牧心智能發展中心」、

「財團法人台灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會台東分事務所」等5個社福團體。

統一發票盃路跑活動雖然首次於台東舉辦，但一大早就看到民眾的熱情支持，

攜家帶眷到場參加非常踴躍，在財政部常務次長許虞哲、第一金董事長蔡慶年、

台東縣長黃健庭、立法委員劉櫂豪，及台東運動界「陸、海、空」代表─紅珊瑚棒球隊員、

衝浪高手Tim妹、熱氣球飛行員率領下，沿著台東森林公園林園大道熱鬧開跑，

大家一起跑出健康更跑出愛心。

【李政遠／雲林報導】西螺鎮一位邱姓婦人丈夫有吸毒前科，多年來一直改不掉吸毒惡習，每次面對妻子詢問，均已回說「我早就改掉了，妳哪隻眼睛看到我吸毒了？」
 
苦無證據證明丈夫吸毒的邱婦，上週到市場幫忙搬運貨物時，發現丈夫神色異常慌張，之後在丈夫海灘褲口袋內，發現不明白色粉末包，懷疑丈夫吸毒，為了讓丈夫徹底斷絕毒品、改邪歸正，在孩子面前當個好榜樣，邱婦馬上打電話向警方報案。
 
警方查扣0.51公克白色粉末包，並帶回送驗，檢驗出白色粉末為二級毒品安非他命，通知婦人的陳姓丈夫至派出所說明。訊後將陳嫌依違反《毒品危害防治條例》罪嫌，函送雲林地檢署偵辦。
