林威助婉拒中華隊徵召 先拼戰力外測試

【鍾裕能／綜合報導】日前遭阪神虎宣告戰力外的林威助，原本有機會參加11月8~11日在新莊、天母舉行的台日經典棒球對抗賽，但為專心準備11月10日的日職戰力外測試，只能婉拒中華隊徵召，林威助說：「時間重疊，沒辦法。」
台日經典棒球經對抗賽，包括陽岱鋼、李杜軒、倪福德、羅嘉仁等多名旅外球星都接受中華隊徵召，林威助過去的表現和打擊都有評價，也不排除回台打中華職棒，但他說：「明年還是希望能在日本打球。」決定先備戰11月10日在靜岡舉行的戰力外測試會。

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】荷蘭一項研究顯示，多攝取雞蛋、巧克力等食物中富含的色胺酸（trytophan），可讓人更加信任他人。 這項由荷蘭萊登大學（Leiden University）學者所做的研究，請參與者二人一組進行 「信任遊戲」，給其中某甲5歐元，讓他自行決定分多少錢給夥伴某乙。分給某乙的錢會變成3倍，某乙再將其中部分金額還給某甲。整個過程重複數次，看最後某甲可拿回多少錢。遊戲到最後可讓某甲大賺一筆，但前提是他必須信任某乙，願意先慷慨分給某乙較多金額的錢。
在遊戲進行前，研究人員先給參加者喝柳橙汁，當中一半加了色胺酸。結果發現，喝了含色胺酸柳橙汁的人，給拍檔的錢多出4成。 研究人員指出，互信是人與人合作的重要基石，多吃含色胺酸的食物，可增加信任感。富含色胺酸的食物還包括紅肉、菠菜、堅果、香蕉、鮪魚及火雞等，人體消化蛋白質時，也會自行產生色胺酸。

爬了文 有關這間公司的討論似乎都是針對工程師的職缺 想請問版上有沒有比較了解他們行銷部門狀況的人? 主要想知道: 1: 行銷專員的面試 會跟工程師一樣硬or時間拖得很長嗎? 需不需要全程英文? 要求產品相關專業知識的程度是? 民進黨團今（28）日舉行記者會表示，回收油不應該流入市場，他們堅決反對大統及富味鄉回收油換標後再上架。（圖：邱明玉攝）
記者邱明玉／台北報導 國內油品食安亮紅燈，大統長基公司以及富味鄉，部分油品摻入棉籽油卻沒有標示，衛生主管機關卻允許廠商將60幾項標示不實的產品，回收後重新換標籤就可以再上架，對此，民進黨團今（28）日舉行記者會表示，回收油不應該流入市場，他們堅決反對回收油換標後再上架。 民進黨立院黨團幹事長高志鵬表示，大統及富味鄉把油回收變更標籤重新上架，會讓人心惶惶，回收油不應該流入市場，況且大統之前表示含有棉籽油的油品全部出口，沒有內銷，被抓到說謊，他們現在回收換標再上架，政府可以保障安全嗎？ 另一方面，民進黨立院黨團書記長吳秉叡表示，吃到有問題油的人，是直接受害的消費者，根據公平交易法和消費者保護法，可向通路商或製造商請求損害賠償，可是現在大統及富味鄉出了問題，在政府罰款，銀行抽銀根之後，消費者變成求償無門，所以民進黨團主張，查封大統及富味鄉的資產後，應優先賠償消費者，有剩餘再沒入國庫，對消費者才有保障，不應該是政府跟消費者搶錢。

記者王鼎鈞／台北報導 馬英九總統28日接見「美國百人會」致詞時，再度駁斥反對派對他「親中賣台」的批評。馬總統說，他的做法完全是根據憲法與國家利益，對陸關係改善後，與其他國家關係也改善了；「國際參與有增加、兩岸關係有增進，這兩種關係相輔相成，良性循環」。 馬總統先向訪賓提及台美關係的進展，他說，解決美牛問題後，美牛今年進口已恢復到41%，3月美方副貿易代表台，未來雙方將在TIFA架構下，開始從雙邊投資協定開始談，美方也予我國免簽待遇。 總統說，希望台灣能加入跨太平洋夥伴協定（TPP），現已先跟紐西蘭簽台紐經濟合作協定（ANZTEC），跟新加坡也很快就要簽了，希望台灣在區域整合中，不會被邊緣化。 馬總統表示，去年提出東海和平倡議後，台日、台菲間也解決了漁業方面的爭議，美方高度肯定，他過境紐約時，與美行政立法部門通電話，對於我國能用和平方式解決，促進東海和平，美方感到欣慰。 接著，總統談到兩岸關係，他說，他上任前沒有班機直航，現在已增加到每天95班，還有快輪在跑，大陸航點增至54個，雙方關係愈來愈密切，並希望在對方的領域互設機構。 馬總統表示，我國讓整個台灣海峽改變了，今年是韓戰停戰60周年，最近北韓還宣布停戰協議無效，那地方戰雲密佈，台海過去也是火藥庫，金門在55年前的8月，中共發射47萬發砲彈，或在金門島上，現在島上卻都是陸客，賣的是砲彈製的菜刀，變化很大。 (接下一頁)
