彰化縣政府再次對大統開罰，米酒標示不實部分共罰550萬元。
這次是被員工檢舉的料理米酒，卻是用食用酒精加上香精調和而成，因此針對送驗的米酒、威士忌，葡萄酒等11種酒款標示不實的部分，各開罰50萬罰款，總計550萬元。 ■ 新聞專輯／食「油」危機

娛樂中心／綜合報導 美國跨時代重量級樂團「地下絲絨」（The Velvet Underground）前主唱兼吉他手路易斯‧艾倫‧里德（Lewis Allan Reed），於2013年10月28日逝世享年71歲，聽聞消息親朋好友紛紛弔唁。 路易斯‧艾倫‧里德暱稱為盧‧里德（Lou Reed），在1942年3月2日出生於紐約市布魯克林區，為早期搖滾先驅，在1989年被選入搖滾名人堂。 「地下絲絨」樂團在六十年代後期崛起，以里德與歐洲前衛音樂元素融合緊迫感，影響了後世的搖滾樂團與歌手，包括試驗搖滾（experimental rock）、後龐克（post-punk）、新浪潮（new wave）以及歌德搖滾（gothic rock）等。而盧‧里德則賦予該團創作的生命泉源，同時帶來全新的搖滾抒情詩歌，並將地下另類搖滾帶到另外一個境界。 他真正死因尚未被公佈，不過盧‧里德在五月接受了肝臟移植手術，原本他被邀請參加簡單生活節作演出，如今只留下粉絲無限遺憾。

國際中心／綜合報導 許多女性朋友為了「變漂亮」不惜在身上動刀，究竟是這個世代的價值觀扭曲，還是現實的世人們締造出的結果？無論什麼原因，美、醜始終不能論定一個人的好壞，但殘酷的現實社會中，確實美女較受歡迎，因此南韓一對「戽斗」雙胞胎姊妹，就因為外貌受到不平等的待遇，她們今天接受整形大改造成為美人，要讓大家另眼相看！ 根據卡卡洛普網站引述韓國娛樂新聞網NewSen報導，南韓超高人氣的節目《Let美人》時常會找一些對於自己外貌相當自卑的女孩，或因為意外毀容的人上節目，並讓專業的整形團隊為她們「重整人生」。 近日，該節目找來一對「戽斗」雙胞胎，由於下顎嚴重凸出，導致她們從小就受到不平等的待遇，雖說美醜不能論斷一個人的好壞，但在相當看重「外貌」的南韓，她們的人生因此陷入困境，父親甚至將她們送到國外念書，但情況並沒有好轉，同樣遭到同學歧視、排擠。
