MBC TV月火劇(週一周二播出的劇集)《奇皇后》中，飾演奇承娘一角的河智苑的美貌，引人矚目。

《奇皇后》劇組公開的片場照中，正在片場休息的河智苑露出燦爛笑容並凝視某處。即便河智苑為了劇中角色女扮男裝，仍擋不住她的美貌。當天拍攝了奇承娘與奇子敖(金明洙飾)等人聊天的場景。據傳，當時片場年齡最小的河智苑甘願充當活力素為現場營造歡樂的氛圍。另一方面，《奇皇后》日前播出了對女扮男裝的奇承娘(河智苑飾)心生情意的王幽(朱鎮模飾)與妥懽(池昌旭飾)的內容，不禁讓人期待三人的三角戀。該劇將於每週週一周二晚間10點播出。姜效真/文

【李世珍／綜合報導】美國饒舌歌手肯伊威斯特（Kanye West）與實境節目女星「豐臀金」金卡達夏（Kim Kardashian）已生下兒子諾斯，外傳他計劃斥資5百萬美元（約1.5億元台幣）在義大利的卡布里島舉辦世紀豪華婚禮，慶祝時間長達2周，打算創下史上最奢華的名人婚禮。
 
威斯特上月底在電台預告明年夏天把金卡達夏娶回家，最新一期美國《OK!》雜誌則報導，他已經先花1500萬元台幣租下卡布里島上的「San Michele」別墅酒店14天，將在那裡舉辦婚禮，他的好友米其林三星名廚馬西莫波特拉已先為他擬定簡單的宴客菜單，讓他研究。不過，消息人士透露，金卡達夏的親友認為威斯特主導他倆的關係，什麼事情都是他說了算，勸她三思是否嫁給他。

【陳雍仁／綜合報導】尼克今主場迎戰馬刺，少了當家中鋒錢德勒(Tyson Chandler)助拳，完全被看破手腳，首節就以17比35被打爆，終場以89比120慘敗。
 
頂替錢德勒扛中鋒重任的巴亞尼(Andrea Bargnani)雖攻下16分，但僅抓下1籃板，表現不及格，全場尼克的團隊籃板以33比51大幅落後。
 
不止籃板失守，尼克的防守更全面崩盤，馬刺全隊共飆進12計3分球，其中射手格林(Danny Green)貢獻6記，奪全隊最高24分，馬刺全隊投籃命中率高達54%，反觀尼克僅靠安東尼(Carmelo Anthony)16分、8籃板苦撐，難挽頹勢。

【陳如嬌／台北報導】針對東北角龍洞發生無預警的瘋狗浪，造成8人落海溺斃，東北角暨宜蘭海濱國家風景區管理處官員稱只負道義上責任，立院交通委員會今提案通過，要求交通部長葉匡時道歉，並主動協助家屬處理善後，在2周內完成安全防護措施的規劃。召委管碧玲更直言：周三以前沒道歉，周三立院交通委員會排定的氣象局預算查，部長將須提烏紗帽來見。

另外，交通委員會也提案通過，海景宜人的新北市貢寮區鼻頭海濱礁岩區發生瘋狗浪奪命，8死8傷事件是近年來單一案件溺斃人數最多的「恐怖」水域，交通部應重新檢討，在瘋狗可能發生的時間考慮封閉步道，並於3天內交通委員會提書面報告。

【林巧雁／台北報導】立委林德福在立院質詢指出，台灣的債限只剩下2%，總統馬英九希望調高債限，行政院長江宜樺也說不排除微調，他詢問財政部長張盛和的意見？張盛和回應，債是下一代的負擔，是否調整要重新考量。
 
立委盧秀燕反對調高債限，憂心變成債多不愁、債留子孫，院長若要求研究調高債限怎辦？她詢問張盛和是否能承諾不調高債限？
 
張盛和說，他還沒接到研究提高債限的指示，財政部目前正在研究的財政健全方案就是不提高債限，除了債之外還有一些工具。稅、捐、費是當代的負擔，債是下一代的負擔。國家財政有需要，需要找收入，靠稅、捐、費或債，財政健全方案不能只靠債，若光靠一項會破表。
