標題[閒聊] NPFI螢幕

今天難得跑去中華繳帳單 心血來潮摸摸Z1 也去摸摸NPFI 然後跟PFI隨便比較一下 恩.. 使用上不太有差異 但螢幕竟然偏黃!!! 都到Chrome去比較 就很明顯 跟隔壁Z&Z1一樣明顯 但跟Z1的黃又不一樣..(跟案發現場的那隻Z1來比 不知道是被其他人調過還是怎樣!? 因為時間不多比較一下就走了 也沒時間好好研究 沒看人問來問一下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.235.228.79

MX239H VX239H
的外觀比較漂亮，MX更勝於VX，但MX的價格也多2000左右，
MX跟VX除了喇叭3W跟1.5W差別還有其他部分有差異嗎?
差異有2000的價值嗎?

VX2370Smh的外觀有點醜，單爬文有說，它的顏色較真實。

另外DELL S2340L 是鏡面螢幕，在順發看反光還好，但怕在使用時會對眼睛不好，
有沒有人有使用鏡面螢幕的經驗呢??

這四台螢幕不知道要怎麼選，目前比較偏向MX239H跟S2340L

根據全球市場研究機構TrendForce旗下綠能事業處Energytrend調查，隨著消費性電子講求薄型化，圓柱型電池受到高分子電池的供應排擠導致價格下滑，加上採用中高容量電池 (2.8~3.0Ah)可降低使用顆數，在成本不變情況下，使得中高容量電池逐漸成為主流。

更多廠商參與搶食中高容量電池市場，更加速中高容量價格迅速下滑，第4季圓柱型中高容量電池價格季衰退約2.8%。

目前電池芯若以容量區隔，約可分為高中低容量三種，>3.0Ah的高容量應用雖然可使用圓柱型電池，但因為圓柱型成本門檻太高，且應用於高階產品上難以符合產品輕量化需求，因此高階產品較適合使用高分子電池;2.8~3.0Ah 中高容量，因為生產技術與2.2Ah差異不大，且單位價格與2.2Ah差異甚小，同時體積也可有效縮減，成為中階產品維持成本與縮減體積的最佳搭配。

對於價格較為敏感的中低階產品較適合搭配標準型電池使用，標準型電池因為市場較大較有機會形成量產化的經濟規模，但是要論價格優勢，短期內還是以圓柱型電池最具優勢。

通路退貨規範 受理期兩個月

〔自由時報記者陳炳宏、陳彥廷、李宇欣／台北報導〕食用油問題層出不窮，消費者大量退貨，但各家通路標準不一，造成消費者困擾。行政院消保處昨天公布「瑕疵商品、食品通路退貨處理機制」，即日起瑕疵商品公布後，通路業者須立即揭露退貨條件與統一窗口，受理期間則一律規定為兩個月。

消保處表示，以油品為例，在衛福部公布商品瑕疵後，通路廠商須立即揭露包括受理統一窗口、受理期間（兩個月）、回溯購買期間（依各通路不同規定由半年到二年）、退貨地點，以及須檢具的相關證明（購買憑證如發票、會員消費紀錄與商品或空瓶）。

消保處呼籲企業提供更寬鬆退貨條件

消保處處長劉清芳表示，公布的辦法為「行政指導」最低標準，這是與通路業者協調結果，希望建立退貨規範，日後買賣雙方有所依循。業者基於企業經營者當盡社會責任，可提供更寬鬆條件。至於賠償部分，消保官王德明表示，不同消費者損害程度不一，無法統一賠償金額。

消保處表示，商品依瑕疵程度分為三種標準：一、商品單純標示不全，或標示不實但未達瑕疵程度；二、商品標示不實且已屬商品瑕疵；三、「商品具重大瑕疵，有危害消費者身體或健康之虞」三大類。此次油品事件屬第二類瑕疵。

目前四大通路商愛賣、大潤發、家樂福、台糖，憑發票或會員消費紀錄及非完整商品即可退費；全聯、松青、頂好需商品與發票才能退費，追溯期則皆為六個月。

就第三類瑕疵來說，台糖公司條件最為寬鬆，只要包括自營品牌在內的獨家販售商品，憑購買憑證或銷售的商品，可追溯至兩年。家樂福雖提供消費者可於店內查詢會員資料，但僅限兩個月，超過兩個月資料則需一個月作業時間進行查詢。

消保處也呼籲，民眾應養成購物時保留購買單據的習慣，以備不時之需。

政院協調解凍部分大統資金 撥給小盤商

此外，行政院長江宜樺表示，行政院已與彰化縣政府建立平台，希望協調檢方，先解凍部分大統資金並指定專戶，專款撥給小盤商作為退貨現金週轉，已有初步共識。江揆與衛福部長邱文達昨天面對立委質詢時承諾，月底將可以讓民眾安心買油。
