《陸企》國金證券否認騰訊將入股，股價下挫

精實新聞 2013-11-28 10:38:53 記者 余美慧 報導

大陸國金證券(600109.SH)發布澄清公告表示，本公司、控股股東、實際控制人未就騰訊入股本公司的事宜與騰訊進行溝通洽談。

國金證券於11月22日發布與騰訊(0700.HK)簽訂《戰略合作協議》的公告，對此，有傳聞猜測，騰訊未來可能會以約10億元(人民幣,下同)的價格參股國金證券，並表示相關事宜正在溝通洽談中。

國金證券昨日股價以漲停作收，今(28)日股價開盤挫逾5%，截至10:35左右報17.10元，下跌3.34%。

標題[請益]我只憑熱忱有用嗎

自介一下 小弟我出社會至今 只有高中學歷 因為家境因素 都是高工時 勞力的工作 薪水遊走在35-40k 但也是緊繃 沒有成長 在自我認識下 我是喜歡舉一反三的人 但是在制定的工作下 我實在是沒辦法發展 又為了經濟問題 升遷也不想 辭職也不對 在偶然機會下 聽到洗腦app課程 在腦充血情況下 就報名了 也因為ios課程 也怒買macbook pro 發現我對程式設計很有熱忱 完成幾輪課程後 也做出兩個作品上傳 一個作品廢到爆 我現在想起來根本完全沒什麼功能 就是這麼邪 編輯也過了 上傳也過了 審核也過了...... 如果說這程式有讓我學到什麼的話 可能就是上傳過程了 另一個作品則是 複製別人作品 做一個地區夜市的介紹 卻因為 以沒有充分運用到ios優勢而被審退 --------------------------------------------------------- 出社會一圈後 深刻體會到文憑這東西是最基本的 大老闆都說什麼不看文憑看能力 問題是人資先砍掉你要跟誰講話 我相信 現在開始也不遲這句話 是自我安慰用的 前面文章爬一下 沒有四大四中二科碩 就別想好工作 另一個就是用累積工作經驗 現在小弟我心態調整好了 目前在學店補充學歷 資工系 想要找個ios程設相關的工讀生 或者在學實習身份之類的 但是我實在沒有任何可以加分的條件 如果只憑因為我有熱忱 會不會太牽強一點 補充 我有熱忱的程度 看到什麼就會想用app來呈現 比方說 上課要交筆記啊 一些小東西啊 都會想辦法做成app 雖然大多不成形 但是我是自發性上網找資料 而且英文程度沒有很好 google翻譯一直是我好朋友 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.107.21.22

隋棠救援流浪動物　《十二夜》預售破6萬人

電影《十二夜》昨（26日）於台北光點華山舉辦首映會，出品人隋棠還特地邀請父親及父親領養的流浪狗「老兄」同台亮相；《十二夜》上映前預售票與包場人數到昨天為止已突破6萬人次，監製九把力表示，希望藉由這部電影讓更多人重視流浪動物議題。

昨天在首映記者會上，隋棠表示，這次在拍攝電影時認識「老兄」，初見牠時身體狀況非常糟，年紀已10歲的牠有很嚴重的皮膚病，需要花很長時間照顧並耗費龐大醫藥費，所以「老兄」在收容所時，被詢問度很低，隋棠內心非常不忍，在詢問過年邁父親的意願後，才將「老兄」帶回家照顧。而重獲關愛又恢復健康的「老兄」昨天也精神奕奕的出席首映會。

隋棠從小到大養過10隻左右的狗狗，很多都是在臉書上看到愛心人士轉發而領養的，她回憶起第1次領養一隻15、6歲的流浪狗，不但年紀大又得犬瘟還瞎了一隻眼，根本沒有人願意領養，隋棠當時將狗狗帶回並送醫治療，無奈經過一周牠就過世了，但「至少讓牠走的時侯是有名字、有家人，是被愛的走。」回憶起這段往事，隋棠仍流露不捨之情。

隋棠這次大力支持電影《十二夜》，出錢出力救援流浪狗的她，直到昨天首映會前都還沒有時間觀賞電影完整版，但她說先前看過電影片段及預告片時就己經讓她哭到不行。她還後悔的說，上周出席金馬盛會時沒有鼓起勇氣邀請李安導演支持《十二夜》，錯失一次讓更多人支持的機會。

馬王之間的結如何解？司法解決？黨內解決？其實那只是技術問題，且還不是本質問題，因為當事人內心其實想要解。之所以「不解」，是因為「樹欲靜而風不止」。

漢武帝即位初期，有兩位丞相都是有大功勞的外戚。一位是祖母竇太后的侄兒竇嬰，一位是母親王太后的兄弟田蚡。

起初田蚡努力拱竇嬰為丞相，竇太后逝世之後，竇嬰失去靠山，田蚡擔任丞相，竇嬰乃「默默不得志」，只有將軍灌夫仍用力「燒冷灶」。

田蚡看中了竇嬰在城南的一塊土地，派籍福去硬要，竇嬰不肯，兩人因此事而交惡。 灌夫一度居間用力撮合，但田蚡表現得很勉強。灌夫於是對田蚡不滿，有一次大鬧田蚡家的喜事，更因中間有人搬弄，而得罪了李廣、 程不識⋯⋯。最終，灌夫因罪族誅，竇嬰搶救不成而絕食，也被斬首示眾。不多久，田蚡內心不安也死了。

馬英九和王金平之間的情況，雖與竇嬰、田蚡大不相同，可是有一個相似點：有一些人努力撮合、有很多人努力撕裂，而大部分的人或冷眼旁觀、甚或「樂見其不成」，這就是前述所謂「樹欲靜而風不止」的原因。

國民黨一百多年的黨史，自辛亥革命成功以來一百零二年，可以說沒有一刻不在內鬥。蔣介石在他的著作中，談及一九二七年的寧漢分裂，說：「我到了今天還是不明白，究竟是汪兆銘（汪精衛）利用共產黨呢？還是共產黨利用汪兆銘呢？」

《列子》的寓言：楊朱的弟弟楊布有一天穿著白衣出門，被大雨淋濕，只好換穿一件黑衣回家。楊布家中的狗衝出來，對著「黑衣人」吠叫。楊布很生氣，楊朱對弟弟說：「想想，假如這隻狗出去時是白色，回來是黑色，你認得出來嗎？」

汪精衛就是「白衣出，黑衣入」的典型，早年「引刀逞一快」的熱血少年，後來到哪去了？然而，蔣介石又何嘗不是一變再變？論者以蔣氏後來的機關算盡，而指他當年與孫中山共同赴難是有所算計，固然不盡公平，但國民黨文宣後來將蔣氏描繪成一世忠誠為國，則不值一哂矣！

馬英九與王金平之間的事情，內在基本上受到國民黨的「內鬥DNA」牽引而難以自解，亦即前述 「風不止」—每次一生苗頭，黨人都會跳進去扮演一些角色。但又受到外在視「白衣出，黑衣入」為異常的思考影響，認為「一向溫良恭儉讓的馬英九豈可如此粗魯」。但是我們必須正視，人是會變的—今天的馬英九已經不是大家從前認識的馬英九了！

能源股本益比偏低 買盤支撐夠力

富蘭克林坦伯頓天然資源基金經理人費德里弗朗指出，雖然受到伊朗原油可能逐漸回到供給市場的預期，讓油價仍有部份下跌壓力，但不預期油價會大幅下挫，而且市場仍存在相當高的需求，來進行原油的開採與採勘。

因為舊有的油田產出不斷在減少，對於頁岩油氣和深海油田的開採需求不斷在升高，都將有利油田服務產業的投資前景。

以近期的能源股財報觀察，能源產業本益比相對整體市場仍在偏低水準，且歐美股市表現仍然強勢，使得能源股票尚獲得較多買盤支撐。
