《陸企》國金證券否認騰訊將入股，股價下挫

大陸國金證券(600109.SH)發布澄清公告表示，本公司、控股股東、實際控制人未就騰訊入股本公司的事宜與騰訊進行溝通洽談。

國金證券於11月22日發布與騰訊(0700.HK)簽訂《戰略合作協議》的公告，對此，有傳聞猜測，騰訊未來可能會以約10億元(人民幣,下同)的價格參股國金證券，並表示相關事宜正在溝通洽談中。

國金證券昨日股價以漲停作收，今(28)日股價開盤挫逾5%，截至10:35左右報17.10元，下跌3.34%。
