來源： http://udn.com/NEWS/FINANCE/FIN1/8003741.shtml 原文： 基本工資審議委員會預定九月初召開，勞委會內部評估，國內經濟復甦緩慢，明年月 薪、時薪再漲機會不大；馬總統承諾時薪要漲到一百一十五元的競選支票恐又跳票。勞委 會還打算調整審議機制，明年起擬由第三方公正人士組成的委員會審議後，再向勞委會提 出建議案。 基本工資每年第三季由審議委員會討論隔年漲不漲，今年因月薪基本工資四月剛漲， 勞委會暫定九月再開。去年審議委員會決議，今年元旦時薪漲到一百零九元、月薪一萬九 千零四十七元，行政院最後核定「時薪先漲，月薪緩漲」（月薪四月復漲）。 勞委會官員評估，去年經濟成長率僅百分之一點二六，今年至今景氣又未顯著復甦， 除非經濟數據能好轉，否則這次要「形成調漲共識的機會不大」。 台灣勞工陣線協會說，勞基法規定基本工資由審議委員會議決，但會都還沒開，勞委 會就片面傾向不調漲，形同架空和解除委員會的法定地位。勞陣還說，資方和財經部門還 沒說反對漲，勞委會卻先揮刀自宮，諷刺勞委會主委潘世偉是「投降主委」，揚言發動抗 爭。 人在國外的潘世偉交代業務單位對外說明。勞委會勞動條件處副處長謝倩蒨說，絕對 尊重委員會審議結果，屆時會將物價指數、經濟成長率等數據提供委員會參考，強調勞委 會未預設立場。 另外，現行基本工資審議委員會由勞資學政四方組成，主席是勞委會主委，未來傾向 仿照韓國作法，官方不介入，由勞資雙方先對話，再由第三方公正人士（如專家學者）組 成的委員會，根據勞資意見和經濟數據審議後，再向勞委會提出建議案；勞委會可採納或 調整，最後由行政院核定。 勞委會說，會將各國狀況在九月會議時提供委員參考，由委員討論最適方式，新機制 最快明年才實施。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.7.57

剛剛已經有往上爬文了 分別看到崇德路許乃仁醫生 跟 永康中華路謝孟穎醫生 蠻多人推的~ 由於我女朋友想要把她人中一顆陳年往痣弄不見... 韓國「Dispatch」(dispatch.co.kr)新聞網今天圖文並茂報導，元斌深夜穿T恤、夾腳拖，戴帽子進入李娜英位在京畿道盆唐區的華廈，該網站記者追了一個月，共目睹2人約會超過8次，平均每4天就會見一次，大多會待1至2天，約會時間多在人較少的深夜，不曾在外頭約會。
外傳他們去年8月開始交往，但小倆口透過經紀公司澄清，只有交往4個月，希望外界不要打擾。

母吞安眠藥昏迷 6歲兒陳屍床上

【戴之聖、蔡進男╱基隆報導】家庭悲歌！基隆市一名喪偶須獨力照顧病兒的婦人，心力交瘁罹患憂鬱症，昨她疑先殺死兒子，再服安眠藥自殺，婦人的母親與外傭即時發現報案，送醫撿回一命，其母傷心說：「妳怎麼那麼傻！」由於屋內沒留遺書，法醫將擇期解剖男童遺體釐清死因。 警方調查，楊姓婦人（三十八歲）四年前喪偶、育有一對兒女，其六歲子因先天性染色體異常，生長遲緩、四肢萎縮，迄今無法吃飯，只能灌食牛奶，身高不到一百公分（正常約一百二十公分），較同齡孩子嬌小；她與母親經營麵攤，疑身心煎熬致憂鬱症纏身，昨她趁長女出遊，疑先殺死兒子，再吞安眠藥自殺，她送醫後獲救。
楊母說，前晚十時許，印尼籍女傭餵食外孫牛奶後，拔掉鼻餵管就去休息，昨上午八時許要餵男童時，發現房門反鎖通知她並破門而入，發現女兒、外孫躺在床上，外孫已死、身體冰冷，女兒精神恍惚，趕緊叫救護車送醫，楊母傷心地說：「妳怎麼那麼傻！」 檢警發現男童插著鼻餵管，管內有白色混濁液體，不排除遭楊婦灌藥殺害，楊婦再吞安眠藥自殺，已將鼻餵管內不明液體送驗，將擇日解剖遺體釐清其死因。
