中國各大城市的高溫似乎已經不是新聞了，以昨天（8日）而言，第一名是浙江奉化的42.8度。隨著連續高溫的天數持續增加，一場氣象「高溫災害」有越發嚴重的趨勢。

根據8日中國氣象局發佈的最新高溫城市排名，第一名為浙江奉化的42.8度，第十名為雲和的40.8度，最令人吃驚的是，排在前十名的高溫城市均在浙江省。

一般來說，達到或超過35度時就可以稱為高溫天氣，7月以來，中國南方氣溫很容易就達到高溫標準，浙江、湖南、重慶、江蘇、福建等地均遭遇年內最持久高溫天氣，並且在7日出現了今年以來最大範圍、且最強的高溫天氣。

省會城市方面，長沙市的高溫已經持續了38天之久，並且幾乎每天都在刷新紀錄，將上海、杭州、重慶、南京等一向以高溫出名的省會城市甩在後頭，根據氣象局估計，此高溫天氣至少延續到8月13日前後。

中國氣象局表示，連日的高溫，已經造成一種高溫型態的自然災害。因為持續性和極端性的高溫，是被歸類為氣象災害的。極端的高溫具有災害性，並且增加用水、用電負荷，影響農作物生長，加劇旱情，引發森林火災等相關問題，進而威脅人類的健康。

根據中國國家防汛抗旱總指揮部7月30日所公佈的最新數據，中國大陸目前已經有1978萬畝耕地受旱，其中作物受旱面積1649萬畝，並且有將200萬人、67萬頭大型牲畜因乾旱而出現飲水困難，嚴重影響其生存環境。許多氣象專家，都呼籲要關注中小城鎮對高溫災害的應對方法。

（軍聞社記者陳建興臺北九日電）中華民國軍人之友社與軍友保險代理人公司策略聯盟所簽訂的「軍人團體意外保險代收服務」已正式開辦，為國軍人員及家屬提供「優惠、安全、便捷」的服務，增加官兵執行任務的安全保障。

　軍友社表示，「軍人團體意外保險代收服務」是在不影響國軍現行保險制度的前提下，運用「團體保險」的廉價特性，提供國軍現役官、士、兵、員、生、文職及聘雇人員，年繳新臺幣五百二十元（機關單位）或五百八十元（部隊單位），可獲得最高理賠一百萬元的保障，並將官兵眷屬納入承保範圍，給予現役軍人的經濟、生活與家庭安全多一層保障，有助官兵安心部隊服役。

　軍友社指出，部隊演習、火砲射擊及救災期間，亦納入保險理賠範圍，增加官兵執行任務之安全保障；至於有關代收服務回饋所得，也將全數運用在關懷常備戰士暨徵屬慰助工作，全力照顧急難官兵及家屬，提供權益保障實質助益。
