公司體質不好,可能會倒的公司,都是這樣的, 我親人待好的大型外商,他們員工出國出差,公司都會先幫他們買機票, 但是,我曾待過一間公司台商,資本額在五億左右,年營業額新台幣150億左右, 和民進黨相關極深的某公司, 這間公司,連員工出差,到外島金門或馬祖,都不是像我親人待的那外商一樣, 會幫員工買票, 而是要員工,用自己的信用卡刷卡買機票,而且來回都是. (台北飛到金門或馬祖都不便宜,票價和去香港差不多). 再拿憑證或發票向會計請款, 而且憑證和發票還要好幾個主管的背書, 款項一個月以後才會下來,我離職後,以前的同事就 msn 說,我走後不久, 公司已經很久沒發薪水了, 五年前,最後倒閉時,已經連續三個月以上,沒發薪水給員工. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.69.59
