財政部下周一召開奢侈稅閉門座談會，財政部堅持奢侈稅「只修不廢」，但房仲公會主張奢侈稅「兩年落日」，否則不排除上街抗議。

財政部統計，奢侈稅上路兩年一個月，稅收八十六億餘元，遠不及原本預估的每年稅收一百五十億元。不過，奢侈稅讓房價回復理性水準，成交量下滑，台北市房價更衰退百分之三點六二，平均成交價每坪從五十四萬跌至五十二萬元；其餘四都房價不跌反漲。

財政部委託中華財政學會提出奢侈稅研究報告，學者參考國際打房經驗，特別是香港、新加坡向買方加徵印花稅，建議財政部比照辦理「額外奢侈稅」、並延長課稅年限三或四年。

財政部長張盛和日前表示，若以身分證歸戶，全國約廿五萬人擁有三間以上房宅、數千人擁有八至十間房宅，囤房的情形很普遍；根據委外研究發現，房仲業不僅新開家數多於關門店數，營建業還是近期國內「最賺錢行業」，代銷業者也支持奢侈稅穩定房價的成效，顯示奢侈稅並未衝擊房地產業。

南山人壽今天公告，昨（12）日董事會決議通過，將與中國工商銀行簽署從事銀行間債券市場交易的「債券交易及結算代理協議」。

南山人壽指出，擬與中國工商銀行簽署從事銀行間債券市場交易的「債券交易及結算代理協議」，而草案在昨12日經董事會討論後決議通過，預計增加投資大陸銀行間債券市場交易標的。

另外，南山人壽表示，將把「債券交易及結算代理協議」呈報金管會備查，金管會在收文次日起15個營業日內若未表示反對者，將視為同意備查，該公司始得簽署，並將簽訂版影本函送金管會。
