【朱正庭/台北報導】Google今公布與市調公司合作今年第1季智慧型手機用用戶行為調查，針對千名台灣智慧型手機成年用戶訪談，其中智慧型手機普及率達5成1，較年3成2大幅成長。其中8成1台灣智慧型手機使用者表示，機不離身，比去年暴增8成6，對智慧型手機依賴度是亞太地區之冠，其次為日本的8成，香港的7成7和新加坡的7成3。

使用行為上，9成3智慧型手機使用者會用手機上社群網站，6成1每天至少造訪1次，喜歡每天都分享的程度則居亞洲第3，僅次中國和韓國。另調查也發現，智慧型手機改變了購物方式，有8成7智慧型手機使用者曾利用手機研究產品或服務，3成7曾透過手機購買服務或產品，7成3智慧型手機用戶上個月曾透過智慧型手機購物，7成智慧型手機用戶每月透過手機購物至少1次，透過手機購物頻率「每周數次」達4成8，排名亞洲第2，僅小幅落後中國4成9，領先韓國4成7。

國際景氣持續低迷，今年1至7月我國際商港貨櫃量及貨物裝卸量僅較去年同期微幅成長，其中高雄港今年1至7月貨櫃量為571萬TEU（20呎標準貨櫃），與去年同期持平。第3、4季為貨運業傳統旺季，交通部希望可以衝高貨運量，全年仍以1,000萬TEU為目標。

交通部航政司長陳天賜昨（13）日表示，全球港口因景氣未見復甦，航運市場出現前所未有的低迷情形，世界各港口碼頭都供過於求，在此環境下，我國商港貨物營運量恐無法大幅成長。

他說，我各商港貨櫃裝卸量至7月底止共808.5萬TEU，較去年同期微幅成長0.67%；貨物裝卸量4億7,171萬噸，較去年同期成長1.39%。

過去大陸港口貨運量都以兩位數大幅成長，上半年受國際經濟影響，華中、華南地區貨物量減少，各港口貨運量都是個位數成長，如第一大港上海上半年較去年同期成長3%而已，深圳則較去年成長2.3%。

陳天賜表示，我鄰近港口貨運表現也不理想，新加坡只較去年同期成長1.1%，韓國釜山成長2.9%，香港衰退7.7%。

他指出，為提升轉口櫃貨量，提高國際商港營運實績，台灣港務公司推動的轉口實櫃獎勵措施及藍色公路獎助措施，將會繼續實施。

太子建設昨（13）日公告今年股東常會改選董監事後首次董事會內容，並通過不超過50億元現金增資案；太子董事長鄭高輝強調，太子將充實營運資金改善財務結構，並會伺機處分非本業資產如台中金典酒店，同時將全台獵地，未來營運會越來越好。

鄭高輝表示，美國量化寬鬆（QE）結束後，全球央行金融政策仍存在許多變數，只有改善財務結構才能確保太子未來發展空間。

鄭高輝表示，目前台北市房價過高，加上土地難尋，太子獵地方向將鎖定全台，包括台中、高雄、台南等地。太子未來將專注營建本業，以「高周轉率」為目標，第一步就是在現金增資50億元額度內改善財務體質。

鄭高輝指出，僅台大、成大、金典酒店三大投資案就超過百億元，也就是說太子有百億元資金被卡住不得動彈，但在現金增資資金到手後，太子財務結構將獲得改善，負債比也降低。下一步，太子計畫處分非本業資產，如台中金典酒店。

鄭高輝強調，台中金典酒店營運僅損益兩平，未來待更上層樓，太子考慮處分股權予壽險業者。未來也將與統一集團合作進軍大陸，太子集團營運將越來越好。

鄭高輝三年前因太子出現問題，為了台南幫企業考量，擔任最高顧問，經過三年深入了解，如今也是在股東要求下接任太子董事長。
