【綜合報導】美國司法部13日提起訴訟，阻止美國航空公司（American Airlines）與全美航空集團（US Airways Group Inc）的合併案。這項金額約3300億元台幣的合併案一旦通過，將創造出一個世界規模最大的航空公司。
 
美國政府在哥倫比亞特區聯邦地區法院提起訴訟，主張這項合併案將會導致機票價格上漲，傷害消費者權益。司法部表示，包括全美航空總部所在的亞利桑那州，以及美國航空總部所在的德州，也都已一併提出「反托拉斯」（anti-trust）的訴訟。

台東市實施路邊停車收費以來，不少民眾為省停車費，將車子停在小巷子或其他人行道上，阻礙交通，影響民眾行的權益，尤以南京路最嚴重，警方將祭出強力鐵腕取締，並開出罰單，處以新台幣600元以上1200元以下罰鍰。

台東縣政府為了改善市區的交通狀況，實施路邊停車收費，不少民眾為了節省停車費，將車輛停在小巷子，或機車停車格上，南京路泳池前廣場更是水洩不通，造成其他用路人的不便。

台東縣警察局表示，民眾將車輛停放在南京路人行道上，造成其他行人的不便，警方將針對該處違規停車加強取締及拖吊，維護交通順暢及秩序。

「車輛亂停，常常無路可走」，台東市民李銘育表示，夏天炎熱，常帶兒子到南京路的縣立泳池游泳消暑，時常要離開時，泳池前面就停了許多的車輛，有次誇張到「連出去的路都沒有，警方能加強取締，真好！」

標題[除錯]電腦執行高附載程式會死機

﹝硬體規格﹞CPU：AMD X3 710 MB ：GA-MA770-UD3 RAM：DDR2 800 2G*2 VGA：MSI 4850 HDD：WD 320G AAKS*2 PSU：BQT-E6-400W O.S：Windows 7 64Bits 問題如下: 在執行3D遊戲等較高附載的程式的時候，電腦會死機。但是一般上網時不會發生。 死機後，螢幕沒有畫面，RESET按鍵無法重啟，長按電源鍵也無法關機。 但是，PSU、CPU、VGA風扇仍有在運轉。重啟PSU開關後即可重新開機。 想評估一下可能是哪一個組件出了問題 # 已做努力 1.記憶體插一條交叉測試，各插槽皆試過 2.只執行CPU附載測試程式(IntelBurnTest) ->5分鐘之內死機 3.只執行顯卡附載測試程式(FurMark) ->5分鐘之內死機 4.內部灰塵清理過，散熱膏重上，開機殼在冷氣房內用電風扇直吹降溫也還是會當機 請問，如果在沒有其他組件可以交叉測試的情況下， 有甚麼方式可以找出哪裡出問題嗎?或者是哪個零件出問題的機率比較大? 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.82.156 ※ 編輯: huanren 來自: 220.137.82.156 (08/14 01:16)

標題[好雷] 戀夏500日-情人節的應應景

好讀原文版本: http://ppt.cc/aupo 不得不承認 小弟我會看這部片完全是因為Zooey Deschanel和Chloe Morez(大女神和小女神 XD) 尤其是Zooey Deschanel 這位西北大學肄業的美女真的不只是漂亮,還有種吸引人的人格特質 單純卻很有內涵，一點古怪、一點三八的感覺是讓她一直可以讓觀眾愛上她所飾演的角色 最重要的事，她有著和她外表一樣高分的幽默感！(這一點在地球上真的很難得 XD) 如果有在看她主演的電視劇"俏妞報到"的觀眾一定會同意這點的 也因此她大概也是少數可以不靠賣弄身材就在好萊塢站穩陣腳的一線女星 我覺得這部片是拍給男生看的愛情片 雖然片子有一點苦澀感,但是可以學到很多 女生也可以從這部片看看男生在想什麼 就像這部片所引用的達斯汀霍夫曼的成名作"畢業生"所表達的 "好的女人是要爭取來的!!" 而爭取不一定會得到,但是不爭取一定得不到， 畢竟很多時候還是得靠感覺跟緣分的.... 這部片更或多或少表達了男人的無奈 女人常常罵男人劈腿是爛貨 可是女人劈腿的時候一句"沒感覺"就粉飾太平了(純臭阿宅個人感覺，勿戰) 在看到片子的末段男女主角的對話時 雖然有幾分道理 但是很多男人還是會看得一肚子無名火，可是稍微回想一下導演在片子一開場的那幾句話 真的是大快人心啊!!! 這導演真的是懂搖滾樂的人啊!!太帶種了!! 另外，這部片有一幕頗值得一提，就是男主角的想像和現實的對照 真的是不得不佩服導演的創意~ 在與幻想的甜美畫面對比之下 真實更顯的苦澀、無奈 最後，這部片的Ending真的是神來一筆啊!! 短短的幾句話 讓原本的絕望基調變成希望無窮 而最後一句台詞，更是讓整部片有了一種詩意! -------- 歡迎各位加入FB幕迷方程式粉絲團看更多影評文章： https://www.facebook.com/fofmovies -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.28.14
