釣魚台又起風雲！日本右翼團體為了向中國宣誓釣魚台主權，17日驅船前往釣魚台，雖無登島計畫，但由於中日雙方近來在釣魚台周圍海域活動頻繁，兩國關係可能因此更加緊張。對此，我國外交部特別呼籲各方理性自制，勿影響區域和平穩定，並重申釣魚台列嶼為中華民國固有領土。

日本右翼民族主義團體「加油日本！全國行動委員會」17日前往釣魚台宣示主權，總幹事右翼導演水島總出發前在沖繩向成員喊話，「我們要向中國證明，釣魚台是日本所有。」

該組織雖然不正式隸屬於任何政黨，但成員大多為首相安倍的支持者，本月15日更揮舞著日本國旗與布條，聲勢浩大的前往靖國神社參拜。在前往釣魚台前，20名成員已先向石垣島的陣亡官兵獻供祭品。

據《路透社》報導，「加油日本」5艘船在靠近島嶼1海浬左右時，就遭10艘日本海上保安廳的船隻包圍，並以擴音器呼籲儘速離開。據報，當時沒有中國船艦在附近活動。

由於中、日兩國的飛機與船艦近來在釣魚台周圍你追我跑、活動頻繁，外界擔憂雙方意外擦槍走火，導致衝突擴大。上周，中國巡邏艇才進入日本海域，並停留超過24小時，是去年9月安倍政府宣布買下釣魚台3島後，時間最久的監視行動。

對於日本民間團體搭乘漁船前往釣魚台列嶼海域，我國外交部呼籲各方理性自制，勿影響區域和平穩定。外交部重申，無論從國際法、歷史、地理、地質、使用等觀點，釣魚台列嶼為中華民國固有領土、台灣的附屬島嶼，不容置疑。

外交部強調，中華民國一貫主張「主權在我、擱置爭議、和平互惠、共同開發」，並呼籲相關各方重視「東海和平倡議」理念，以對話取代對抗，經由協商擱置爭議，和平解決爭端。

去年8月香港保釣人士乘坐漁船啟豐二號登陸釣魚台事件，亦導致中日關係緊張，先是日本與美國聯合舉行海上演習，中國亦發生大規模反日示威，接著日本又在該年9月10日收購釣魚台3島。

為抗議苗栗大埔案，台灣農村陣線中午到最高檢察署遞狀告發苗栗縣長劉政鴻涉貪指出，劉政鴻涉向台電通霄電廠勒索回饋金10億元；強行徵收大埔土地，但原地保留自家房屋；財產不合理增加，涉貪汙、圖利、財產來源不明罪，要求特偵組偵辦。

最高檢察署表示，今天收狀後會分案給檢察官審查，再視案情需要，發交苗栗地檢署或特偵組偵辦。
