標題[請益]主機板掛了該換哪一塊？

09年組的，配備規格如下： CPU：Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80GHz 主機板：ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5KPL-AM (Socket 775) RAM：4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (5-5-5-18) 顯示卡：ASUS 6670 POWER：SP-450 原先以為是power壞了，買了一顆海韻的S12II430W，更換後還是無法開機， 電源按下去風扇只會轉一下，但是都沒有畫面，目前主機板在外面的電腦工 作室裸測，對方說要好幾個工作天才能知道是什麼問題。 另工作室的工程師說我新買的海韻POWER電壓不穩，他拿了一個電子測壓器 測試會一直嗶嗶叫，長這樣http://ppt.cc/XyXk，叫我退掉，請問可信嗎？ 如果主機板真的掛了，請問要換成哪一塊比較好？可以保留哪些配備？平常 有玩WOW，然後就一般使用，預算5000左右，謝謝。 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.93.253

【林世雄／台中報導】洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸昨天在律師團陪同下，到桃園地檢署，正式與桃園地檢署的承辦檢察官碰頭，洪慈庸比較先前與軍檢交手的經驗，她說，軍檢有自己辦案的步驟，跟家屬開會大多是因應家屬提出要求，而桃檢則是主動詢問家屬有沒有希望未來偵查的方向，態度上有很大的差異。
 
洪姊說，軍檢比較有自己的想法，不太聽外界的建議，家屬提出對證據、證人、嫌疑的質疑，但軍檢都沒有積極的作為，跟軍檢開會比較沒有效果，流於形式。桃檢則希望家屬能夠希望檢方偵辦的方向提出，讓檢方的偵查範圍可以盡量縮小，符合家屬的期待。

美國聯準會（Fed）量化寬鬆政策退場時機未明，加上美股迭創新高，來自散戶的實體黃金買氣滑落，美國8月金幣銷售量銳減。

根據美國鑄幣局（US Mint）網站公布的資料，距8月結束剩不到兩周，美國鷹洋金幣（American Eagle）的銷售19日為止僅達3,000英兩，遠低於2012年8月的總銷售量3.9萬英兩，也不如今年前七個月每月平均近10萬英兩的水準。

美國鷹洋金幣8月銷售量，預料將是1986年發行以來同期最低紀錄之一。

金幣經銷售商克拉莫形容：「目前需求幾近於無。」

雖然實體金幣的市場需求有季節性的波動，且夏季銷售向來較差，但8月銷售慘澹反映，Fed可能提早縮減規模空前的刺激政策，重創實體黃金買氣。

【綜合報導】女子高喻軒去年6月間，懷疑已婚同居女友羅心禹另結新歡，兩人大吵後，高女用兩把水果刀狂砍羅女233刀致死，事後高女還在警局若無其事上臉書、講電話，遭警痛批冷血，但高院委託專家鑑定認為，高女被自己犯行嚇壞，心理產生防衛作用才呈現抽離狀態，並非真的冷血，未達判死刑程度，依殺人罪判她無期徒刑。本案可上訴。

鑑定報告指出，高女因同志身分自認不易找到可信任的人，長期習慣壓抑情緒，當她突然失控就會產生過度殺戮（Over kill）的情形，事後高女也被自己的犯行嚇壞，因此啟動心理防衛機制呈現抽離狀態，對外界事物顯現出冷漠態度，並非真的冷血。法官參酌鑑定報告後認為，高女仍有教化可能，且只要透過心理治療，就可降低再犯可能性，還不到應判死刑必要，因此仍判她無期徒刑。

彭博社報導，亞馬遜公司正猛砸錢建倉庫，展現在電子海灣公司（eBay Inc.）和沃爾瑪公司（Wal-Mart Stores Inc.）強力競爭之際，更迅速把產品交到顧客手中的急迫性。

亞馬遜公司（Amazon.com Inc.）在田納西州查塔努加（Chattanooga）的物流中心費時約10個月興建，在2011年落成啟用，相較之下，較舊的倉庫最多要耗費兩年。這棟建築不僅更寬敞，也配備讓找產品更容易的技術，是亞馬遜2010年以來在50座新設施上豪擲將近139億美元的一部分。這比亞馬遜成立以來花在倉庫上的錢還多，也使倉庫總數在去年底達到89座。亞馬遜已宣布今年在美國增建5座倉庫。

亞馬遜全球營運暨顧客服務副總裁克拉克（DaveClark）在這座物流中心受訪時說：「我們已標準化流程，大幅提高興建和複製倉庫的速度。」

這項倉庫策略帶有風險。訂單履行已成為亞馬遜最大的營業費用，繼而擠壓利潤率並促使亞馬遜去年虧損3900萬美元。不過eBay和沃爾瑪等對手都各自想出加快配送產品的辦法，使亞馬遜執行長貝佐斯（Jeff Bezos）面臨提升速度的壓力。

富國銀行（Wells Fargo & Co.）駐舊金山分析師尼莫（Matt Nemer）表示：「沃爾瑪和eBay都在想辦法比亞馬遜還快。這也許不是全世界利潤率最高的生意，但他們卻可能在1小時內把東西交到你手中。」

產品能在網上訂購，然後在數小時內送到顧客家門口或鄰近商店，這塊市場日益成長，各方爭奪的正是老大地位。eBay已在美國部分城市推出當天配送服務，沃爾瑪也逐漸把會計年度2014年的預估營收4820億美元移往網路，這家零售商在全美擁有逾4700家門市，多數距離消費者住家只有幾英里遠。

部分競爭同業不是布建自己的配送網，就是倚賴優比速公司（United Parcel Service Inc., UPS）等第三方廠商。亞馬遜向Prime會員收取的當天和隔天配送費用是3.99美元起跳，這項年費79美元的計畫包含不限次數兩天配送。非Prime顧客則要付8.99美元起跳。

到目前為止，投資人對貝佐斯雖有懷疑，卻還是相信他砸大錢的手法。台北時間晚間10時25分，亞馬遜紐約股價上漲0.7%，報287.66美元，自2010年初以來已翻逾1倍。

根據彭博社彙編數據，從2010年到2012年，亞馬遜在訂單履行上的支出每年激增超過40%，相較之下，2009年為24%。

亞馬遜高層指出，這些成本在擁擠的電子商務領域有其必要性。

亞馬遜財務長斯庫塔克（Tom Szkutak）7月25日在電話會議上表示：「隨著訂單履行愈來愈接近顧客，我們已見到成長。」
