【大紀元2013年08月21日訊】（大紀元記者陳怡蓮綜合報導）濟南中院日前公佈公開審理薄熙來案，薄被冠以「三宗罪」，缺「涉嫌」一詞，被指「未審已定罪」或被嚴處；內蒙一名國企老總儘管貪污罪行比薄小，近日被判死刑；香港黨媒再揭薄的老底，隱晦提及薄的政變圖謀；中共喉舌新華網等近日來連續發表文章放風嚴懲薄熙來。分析指，四大跡象顯示，薄熙來大事不妙、或判死刑。

國企老總被判死刑 貪污罪行不及薄熙來

大陸媒體報導，8月19日，內蒙古自治區高級法院針對大陸國企內蒙古乾坤金銀精煉股份有限公司原董事長宋文代貪污、挪用公款上訴一案進行二審宣判。

報導稱，法院經審理查明，宋文代擔任乾坤公司董事長與法人代表期間，利用職務便利侵吞、騙取公司財物約人民幣6504.5萬餘元，挪用公款共2100萬元。

法院審理認為，宋文代貪污情節特別嚴重，利用職務便利挪用公款情節特別惡劣，依法應數罪並罰。經審判委員會討論，決定維持一審死刑判決。

宋文代二審宣判前，正值薄熙來案開審前幾天，兩案相比，薄熙來遭指控的罪行不僅比宋文代更嚴重，而且兩案都出現了「數罪並罰」的陳述。

有分析指，薄案公審前夕，內蒙國企老總被判死刑，其中釋放的訊號可能代表大陸司法系統將配合中共反腐整風，判處薄熙來死刑，不論從法律或政治角度，都極有可能出現這種判決結果。

香港黨媒揭薄老底 暗示密謀政變罪行

8月19日，被稱為香港黨媒的《鳳凰網》發表了《薄熙來是「英雄」嗎？》的評論文章。文章揭示了薄熙來的諸多罪惡、分析了薄在重慶蠱惑人心的政治投機，甚至隱晦提及了薄竊取更大權力的政變圖謀。

文章認為，鼓動民粹追究企業家的「原罪」，是殺雞取卵，是蠱惑人心的政治投機。薄熙來、王立軍的「打黑」在實際運作中變形為「黑打」，變成對私營企業的劫掠，影響所及，加劇了企業家向海外移民的趨勢。

文章稱，薄熙來跟一般的貪官、雞鳴狗盜之徒的不同之處在於，利用掌握的公權，特別是王立軍的警力為看家護院，生殺予奪，予取予求。

文章稱，薄熙來一旦竊取了更大權力，將有可能把權力黑幫化，為所欲為，禍害更烈。

有分析說，文章中用了「竊取」而非得到，這個是有差別的。「得到」是按中共的所謂正常程序，十八大後順利成為政法委書記，而「竊取」，就是隱晦地說出了薄熙來的政變圖謀，其還想竊取更大權力。

薄案開審公告少了兩個字 釋重大信號

濟南中院日前公佈22日公開審理薄熙來案，直接用貪污、受賄、濫用職權「三宗罪」冠以薄熙來。而7月25日，中共黨媒新華社報導濟南中院將審理本案時，指薄熙來涉嫌受賄、貪污和濫用職權三宗罪名。前後對比，法院的公告缺「涉嫌」二字，引起關注。

香港《蘋果日報》報導表示，法院公告直接用貪污、受賄、濫用職權「三宗罪」冠以薄熙來，無「涉嫌」一詞，令外界質疑未審已定罪。

一直關注薄案的北京時事評論員華頗對《蘋果》指，表面上薄熙來被控主要是經濟罪名，但實際上薄所涉罪狀是違犯了中共規則，以下犯上，但這個罪名不能公開說， 不能放到桌面上。華頗認為習近平上台後要打造強勢中央，要殺人樹威，故嚴處薄是很可能的，「這是一場政治審判，如同當年審判四人幫一樣。」
