「淡定哥」港鐵吸煙旁若無人

近日有人上傳一段近半分鐘的短片，再發現有市民肆無忌憚於港鐵車廂吸煙！短片中主角身穿無袖格仔衫、牛仔短褲，神態自若，更任由煙灰於車廂內飄揚，對港鐵附例和其他乘客視若無睹，期間坐在旁邊的男子發現「淡定哥」吸煙後，未有上前阻止且繼續低頭玩手機，短片拍攝者都未有出言勸止。不少網民認為吸煙者精神有問題，更對現代人只會拍片上傳，不會伸張正義而感到遺憾，亦為吸煙者如此張揚，竟無港鐵職員發現而覺得不可思議。

港鐵其後回應事件指，未有收到有關車廂內吸煙的投訴。另根據《香港鐵路附例》，任何人均不得在有禁止吸煙告示地方進行吸煙活動，否則罰款港幣5,000元。
