彰藝術中心爆貨款糾紛

彰化藝術中心新建工程將完工驗收，不料卻發生承包商與下游廠商貨款給付糾紛，約有十多家空調、水電廠商領不到將近二千萬元貨款，昨(二十六)日前往藝術中心高舉白布條抗議；縣府工務處則表示，將邀集上、下游廠商開會協調，以化解紛爭。

彰化藝術中心新建工程，已大致接近完工、將展開驗收。

不料近期卻發生得標的「常詠」營造公司，再轉給下包「力盈」工程公司進行承造，不料「力盈」公司疑似財務發生問題，無法如期給付給下游，約有十多家負責空調、水電等廠商表示，總計被欠近二千萬元貨款，而引發糾紛。
