關於勞保年金給付的問題...

請教各位網友，

我媽現在是五十五歲(48年次)，工作勞保
已經中斷(中斷約17年左右的時間了)，工
作年資約有25年左右，那...大概要到甚麼
時候才能領回工作時投保的勞保費阿??大
概能領回多少??哪裡可以查詢的到??

工作年資約有25年左右，都是在台北市做
的，所以也是在台北投保的，約17年前已
經從台北市士林區的租屋處搬回嘉義縣新
港鄉的老家了，一定要到台北市的勞保局
查才查的到嗎??還是我們現在居住的嘉義
縣的勞保局查詢就可以了??

因為我台北的表姊有幫我台北的阿姨上網
查，說過不知道幾年就能領回當初阿姨工
作投保的勞保費用，他有跟我說過可是我
忘了!!

因為現在我們家只剩最後的五萬元了，想
說問看看現在能不能領，如果現在可以領
的話，就要去領了，不然快沒有生活費了
