在原廠做完保養變速箱反而壞了

請教各位先進:
小弟上星期至福特原廠做3萬多公里的保養,中間有換變速箱油和濾油網,整個保養完,車子開出去剛上快速道路就發現O/D off燈一直閃爍,而且車子轉速異常的高,心裡覺得不對就趕快下平面道路找空曠區停車,隨即call 保養廠的人前來查看,當下他們查不出異常,但保險起見還是讓他們把車子再開回保養廠檢查,結果隔一天就告訴我說變速箱壞了要整個換掉???不過是換個變速箱油竟然也可以讓變速箱壞掉,而且保養場的人還打電話來說應該是本來就壞了,只是換完油讓問題凸顯出來,真是整個瞎扯!!沒保養前明明就什麼問題也沒有一直都開得很順,保養完竟然就壞,真是不敢置信!

不知道版上各位先進有沒有遇到過類似的經驗可以提供給小弟做參考,感激不盡~
