陶子肖像遭盜用　怒提告擬求償千萬

陶晶瑩（陶子）以5百萬元的價碼拿下瘦身產品「綠膳纖」代言，卻傳出有廠商盜用陶子肖像，氣得陶子提告求償千萬。

今日出刊的《壹週刊》報導，陶子代言的瘦身產品「綠膳纖」，日前在2家知名購物網momo及viva TV撞貨，販售內容、包裝皆相同，也都有陶子代言肖像，這2家中只有momo有合法向LAMOUR（藍沐）廠商取得授權，viva TV卻自行與藥廠接洽，再拷貝廣告圖樣與陶子肖像，直接上網賣出，過程全跳過廠商，賺進價差又省下簽約金，讓廠商及陶子都不滿權利受損，提出侵權告訴，打算跟viva TV求償千萬。

《壹週刊》求證「綠膳纖」發言人廖俞麟表示：「和viva TV交涉過程中，對方態度強硬，侵權也是事實。」而陶子也說：「如果有人侵犯權益，會跟廠商一起告到底。」viva TV公關胡小姐：「負責的同事正在開會，暫時無法回應。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
