福喜供應過期肉　麥當勞總裁：我被騙了

為中國麥當勞等連鎖快餐店供應原材料的福喜食品，被爆上海廠房使用過期變質肉類產品後，麥當勞總裁湯普森(Don Thompson)昨日回應事件，指他們被上海福喜食品的審計報表所騙。

據《美聯社》報導，湯普森說目前麥當勞已沒有使用由該供應商的食材。據悉麥當勞及許多其他食品公司，都會倚賴第三方的審計報告，評估設施是否符合食物安全等法例。但有些在審計報告中獲高評分的供應商，也曾牽涉食物安全醜聞。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
