中研院發聲明 黃國昌未違法

〔自由時報記者湯佳玲／台北報導〕太陽花學運後，國民黨立委呂學樟把矛頭對上中研院副研究員黃國昌，指他有法律所研究資料中心執行長的行政職，涉及違反行政中立法；但中研院昨晚發出聲明，指出黃國昌是以請假方式參與非政黨活動，並未違反《公務人員行政中立法》規定，而黃兼任法律所「法實證研究資料中心」執行長一職，也非中研院法規所認定的行政職務。

中研院秘書長吳金洌表示，法律所的「法實證研究資料中心」是經該所學術諮詢委員會決議通過設置的任務編組，非中研院研究所組織規程所明定的單位，所以黃國昌擔任該中心執行長一職，不屬於中研院法規所認定的行政職務，也沒有額外的主管加給。
