立委盧嘉辰座車遭包圍 困車上1小時

反核人士包圍立法院周遭，喊「回去開會」等口號，並要求立委「只能進、不能出」，立法委員盧嘉辰座車在台北市青島東路、林森南路口附近遭包圍，盧在車上受困長達1個多小時。警方將盧的座車圍起，避免群眾靠近、直接衝突。
