小弟有在全球最大運動鞋廠外派越南兩年的工作經歷， 主要是負責現場流程稽核與對應駐廠客人， 日前收到來億的邀約，開的職缺是加硫鞋外派越南的前段開發， 個人自認對製鞋流程也有一定程度的了解， 但是在技術面上還有很多需要加強， 請問有人對這間公司有了解嗎？ 裡面的環境如何，公司的文化，管理制度是否妥善？ 還是有其他的八卦嗎？ 跪求大大們的意見！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.173.8.67
