鼎王湯頭造假　立委要求湯頭須明確標示

鼎王麻辣鍋湯頭因廣告不實犯眾怒，民眾花大錢不見得能吃到天然湯頭，立委王育敏今在立院臨時提案，要求衛福部食品藥物管理署比照果蔬汁、鮮乳標示規定，3個月內將火鍋湯底標示納入天然熬製或大骨粉泡製，方便消費者選擇；另立委吳育仁也指，越南河粉湯底以牛骨熬製，火鍋湯底多以豬骨熬煮而成，考量民眾因宗教因素不吃牛、豬，要求包裝湯底應清楚標示原料。食藥署長葉明功承諾會研議評估。

鼎王為連鎖火鍋店，近來爆發廣告不實，立委劉建國臨時提案，指連鎖業者為節省食材成本，大多統一採購，並由中央廚房配送到各分店，要求衛福部會同經濟部，就連鎖餐飲業者的中央廚房管理、監控、稽查等，建立標準作業規範，並於3個月內公布。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
