消費合作社 非社員售貨要繳營業稅

財政部臺北國稅局表示，依加值型及非加值型營業稅法規定，非以營利為目的的事業、機關、團體、組織如有對外銷售貨物或勞務，應依法課徵營業稅。

因此，原對社員或會員銷售貨物、勞務可享免稅的職工福利社、消費合作社、聯合社及福利站等，如有對非社員或非會員銷售貨物、勞務者，亦應報繳營業稅。
