韓劇《來自星星的你》紅遍兩岸三地，32歲全智賢扮演大明星「千頌伊」受好評，她劇中行頭讓人看得眼花撩亂，可見不少國際知名精品蹤影，加上她172公分纖細身材，成功創造話題、為名牌做足宣傳。

《星》劇除了內容引起討論，演員服裝造型也是成功一大亮點，飾演「千頌伊」的女主角全智賢，劇中行頭千變萬化，從頭到腳都精心裝扮，她每集平均有7種造型，愛馬仕、香奈兒、LV輪番出現，總價高達2200萬元台幣，「星星迷」看得過癮，興起模仿風潮，類似風格單品持續熱賣。
