張德正案 高院今駁回檢方抗告

張德正涉嫌開貨車衝撞總統府，遭檢方聲請羈押，卻造成台北地院法院5度駁回聲押、台北地檢署5度抗告的大混戰，遭外界批評浪費司法資源。高等法院今(3)日則駁回檢方的抗告，確定張德正不需羈押。

張德正昨晚在台北地院5度召開羈押庭，地院維持原判決，要求30萬交保，並限制張德正住居，以及限制出海出境，但台北地檢署則當庭再度提出抗告。
