我想請問一下

如果身上不只一個案子

第一個案子已經被判了10個月

但是後來他又說要開庭(我不知道開庭是第一個案子還是第二個案子)

開庭當天接到可以以2萬元交保的電話

都已經判10個月了還能以2萬元交保是不是被騙了阿!?
